Flyers must be 7 years of age and above. Signed the AltitudeX indemnity form. (Flyers under 18 years need signed permission from parent or guardian).

If you have prior back or neck injuries, have dislocated a shoulder in the past, have any heart problems, wearing any plaster cast, or are pregnant, you may not take part.

If you are under 6 feet (180 cm) tall, you must weigh less than 265 pounds (120 kg). If you are over 6 feet (180 cm) tall, you must weigh less than 308 pounds (140 kg).

Alcohol and controlled substances are prohibited on this activity.

Feel the incredible sensation of free fall as you soar weightlessly in the strong but smooth streams of wind, enjoying all the thrill of skydiving in a completely safe, controlled environment. Start your adventure with a short training session led by a certified instructor, who’ll guide you through the basics of body position and flight techniques. Once you’re ready, gear up in your flight suit, helmet, and goggles, then step into the flight chamber and let the wind lift you off your feet! Your instructor will be right there with you as you soar, spin, and hover mid-air. Feel the adrenaline, the weightlessness, and the pure joy of flight - then touch down, catch your breath, and get ready to fly again.

Buyer Beware of the ridiculous late arrival “rescheduling” fee

We arrived 35 minutes before our time slot but that was apparently too late for training. They charged a $30 rescheduling fee to change to the next time slot, which is ridiculous. The customer service counter also very non communitive as I am in a knee brace and they don’t offer any accessible pathways for spectators. Go elsewhere.

My 11 year old son did this and loved every minute. It was very well organised and staff informative. Pre-training was good and he enjoyed the 45 seconds at the lower level and so we let him do the higher elevated option as well.

Went to IFly to let my kids try the skydive package. Staff was awesome especially Zann and flight instructor Moon. Both of them were very helpful and explained clearly to my son who has mild autism. He greatly enjoyed his flying here!

My nephew had a fantastic time with Kumar. Especially when they did the 3rd flight. He made it so fun for him whilst emphasizing on the safety aspects. Looks like we will be back again, very soon. Thank you Kumar.

The customer service was great and Ifly helped to make an initial bad experience instead something great! Kudos to Zann and Hani for helping to rectify the issue and Jonathan for the great flight experience!
