  We had an absolutely brilliant day out with Bruce in Changsha! The city is bursting with energy and friendly locals, and Bruce made sure we saw it through a local’s eyes. The food was simply amazing — real, authentic Changsha flavours that you’d never find on your own. We loved walking around Orange Isle and enjoyed a light hike up the mountain for some great views.   The tour made it very easy to see the main sights of Changsha - although one day would not be enough to do everything. This is a very relaxed tour and the itinerary was agreed on the day. What I enjoyed was the local feel - we took the subway or walked vs riding around in a private car. For me there was the right balance between historical knowledge and getting the perspective of local lif in Changsha and China.

  Our guide Lisa was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we met her, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture and she explained everything in a way that was both fascinating and easy to follow. Lisa’s organization and attention to detail made our trip completely stress-free. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and interests, always with a warm smile and genuine kindness.   The view is amazing I took many photos Tina is a very nice friendly and professional tour guide who introduced me a lot historical and cultural stories about this city which left a profound impression on me l enjoyed this trip so much!

  

• Amazing Changsha With an Excellent Guide!

  We spent a wonderful day in Changsha with Lisa as our tour guide. We visited Yuelu Academy, Orange Island, Taiping Old Street and she even found a fantastic restaurant so we could satisfy our craving for crispy duck! Lisa is friendly, welcoming and speaks excellent English. She introduced us to many interesting aspects of this busy city that we would never have discovered on our own. She is very knowledgeable and shared the history of the places we visited in an interesting and engaging way. Conversation flowed all day on everything from food, culture, education, family life and a host of other subjects. As non-Chinese speakers it can be difficult to navigate booking systems, public transport, taxis etc - Lisa’s assistance made this effortless.It removed the stress and we gained so much more out of our time in Changsha than trying to do this on our own.   We truly enjoyed our day touring and learning the history of Changsha. Our guide Lisa was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. She took her time with us and answered all of our questions. It was a very nice day; Changsha is rich in history and Lisa was a great tour guide. I would recommend this tour.

  My husband and I booked this day tour to visit some major attractions in Changsha. Mia was our tour guide. She was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Mia messaged me a week before the tour to introduce herself and customized the itinerary in advance. As we had already visited the Hunan Museum on our own the day before, the highlights of this tour were the Yuelu Academy and Orange Island. Mia met us at our hotel and took us to these places by metro. Yuelu Academy was one of the four great academies of ancient China. It is now part of Hunan University. Through the displays and detail explanation by Mia, we learned a lot about the history of this place and its significance. The grounds and buildings are beautiful too. Before we went to Orange Island, Mia took us to lunch and also we also made a brief visit to the Former Residence of Jia Yi on Taiping Old Street. Orange Island is a beautiful Island Park with a huge Mao Zedong’s statue. We took the cute tram to go around the park. We took lots of pictures of the impressive statue, beautiful waterfront, orange trees and sunset. When the tour ended, Mia took us back to our hotel by metro. We had a wonderful day exploring Changsha with Mia. We thought the tour had run overtime but Mia was very patient. She also took lots of great photos for us. I would recommend this tour to all those looking for a Changsha highlight tour.

  My husband and I spent a wonderful day exploring Changsha with our fabulous tour guide Lisa. Lisa met us punctually at our hotel at 8am having communicated clearly with us beforehand. We knew we would have a good day on meeting Lisa as she spoke English very fluently and also had a great sense of humour. Lisa took us by metro to our first stop - Orange Island - where we learned about Chairman Mao’s early years in Changsha and saw the huge iconic Mao statue. We then took the metro to Yuelu Academy and Hunan University. Yuelu Academy is an ancient university which is a beautiful and fascinating place to discover. Learning more about Mao’s years there as a student was also very interesting. We had a delicious lunch at Maojia restaurant and had Mao’s favourite braised pork dish. As the temperature was very high we decided to visit Changsha Museum to enjoy the cooler environment there. This was also fascinating as we learned about Changsha’s ancient past. We then returned to our hotel having had a wonderful day exploring Changsha with Lisa. She also then recommended, on our request, a restaurant for the following night and made a reservation for us at The Fire Palace. All in all this was a wonderful day in Changsha. I cannot recommend this trip with Lisa enough. Thank you Lisa for giving us this fabulous experience 🙏

  Our company (from Greece) had a booth on the international meat industry exhibition in September. I found Judy’s contacts online and she efficiently organized a 3-day interpret service in Changsha for us by connecting us to Diana, Diana did a great job on the fair, very professional in promoting our company business.   If you need an interpret or a guide while you visit China, Judy is the one to contact. She arranged my trip visiting a truck factory in one day with a local interpret in Wuhan to work for me, she got the job well done - efficient and professional. Anywhere you go or work in China, she would be able to find you an interpret, a guide or business assistant. The interpret she found for me in wuhan, Hubei was Hebe, Hebe was absolutely great, polite, kind and professional, she is definitely beyond my expectations. If you come to China for traveling, working and business, Judy is definitely the lady you should contact with for help. Highly recommend them.
