If you've ever wanted to be the host or hostess with the mostest and impress your guests with Insta-worthy charcuterie boards and grazing tables, then this is the class for you! If you just want to relax, have fun, chat with a well-traveled Tahoe local and eat delicious charcuterie, then this is also the class for you! I'm happy to accommodate food allergies and custom orders.

During this private, interactive 1.5 hour class, you'll learn the techniques that professionals use to slice and style meats, cheeses and fruits for a stunning and delicious charcuterie creation. You will leave with your own personal mini board and all the tricks to wow your friends and family at your next gathering. This is a fun and relaxing workshop where we can practice, play and, most importantly, eat! This intimate and casual class is hosted in my home (South Lake Tahoe location provided via text after booking) where you are welcome to BYOB (wine, beer, etc.). For larger events, I can come to to your home, hotel, office or event space. Simply specify location when you book. This workshop is perfect for team building and corporate events and groups larger than nine. Contact us to learn more. This activity is fun for all ages! Children are welcome. Infants and children under five who would like to help their parents make a board may attend for free.

This was such a fun experience, I can't recommend it enough. My husband and I wanted something different to do in Tahoe and this did not disappoint. Nicole is such a talented board making artist, so easy going and very interesting. We now have so many tips to really wow with a cheese board. Can't wait to impress friends and family! We also got to take our boards with us. Nicole was so generous, we had snacks for days. This is a must do!

What a wonderful time we had learning about various meats, cheeses and building a proper board. Very enjoyable setting and Nicole was an excellent and knowledgeable host.

What a great time. I have always wanted to learn how to create these boards and Nicole made it so easy. She is a gracious host and shared her tips and how-to techniques to create amazing, beautiful boards. I would highly recommend this experience .

We had a wonderful time with Nicole learning how to make charcuterie boards. Fun activity with my husband. You can bring your own wine. Although we were hesitant at first because the venue is their home, the actual setting was WONDERFUL! The place was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We learned a lot and cannot wait to try this at home!! Highly recommend!!

This class was great! Went with my best friend. Nicole has everything needed to make a beautiful and tasty charcuterie board. I have made these before but she taught us techniques to bring it to the next level. We brought our works of art home with us.

Charcuterie Board Class Review I had the most amazing experience at this charcuterie board class! The instructor’s home was so welcoming and warm—it immediately set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Her attention to detail and clear step-by-step directions made the entire process fun and easy, even for someone like me who’s new to charcuterie design. The visuals were stunning and truly helpful, giving us inspiration while we worked. Plus, the treats we got to sample along the way were absolutely delicious—everything was fresh and perfectly curated. This class wasn’t just educational; it was an all-around delightful experience. My mom and I enjoyed the learning how to make charcuterie boards and particularly loved hearing about the fun facts behind charcuterie. I also enjoyed chatting about the experiences the host had with being a custom charcuterie board maker and how she got in to this business. She was really friendly, helpful and kind. I would 100% recommend this experience.
