The experience was extremely disappointing. The vessel’s air conditioning was broken, making the environment uncomfortably warm—especially while trying to eat the subpar food that was served. The men’s restroom had multiple broken urinals, leading to long wait times just to use a stall. When we spoke with the staff, we were told that the vessel we were originally supposed to be on was undergoing repairs. I have already contacted the cruise line to request a refund. Unfortunately, the food and views did not justify the cost. I would not recommend this cruise.

You'll be seated with random strangers, so if you're expecting a romantic dinner, this isn't the place for it. Also, having to pay extra for fountain drinks and dessert on top of a $90 charge is ridiculous."

Loved the professional staff. The dining experience was excellent. The food was prepared very well. We all loved the ease and comfort the ship.
