They never showed I have photos, and video documentation from a Woody's employee. This is the first time I've been disappointed by Viator. I've done many. I planned my entire day around this.

it was an informative tour . Joe did a great job. We learned a lot about city buildings and history of city.
Never found the location and the company refused to refund.

Kathy was a excellent guide. She has the best aptitude. We love hear about her personal history about her life. Thank you Kathy for sharing with us, we didn’t think the guide can talk spanish, and she didi it !!

Joe was great. This was our first time in Charlotte and taking this tour was such a great idea. We learned alot in a short time, and we took lots of cool photos. The history in Charlotte is very cool, and he was an excellent tour guide! Definitely worth it.

Joe was a fantastic tour guide! A great city tour, 100% recommend! Plus they have heated vehicles for any cold rides around Charlotte. Our group of 7 loved it!

We were lucky to have a private tour with Jonathon on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and fun. In an hour tour we came away with a beautiful understanding of the city of Charlotte. The history, sports, parks and way of life truly came alive.

I was disappointed since our tour started late waiting for 1 person to show up. When I booked the itinerary said we would have some chances to get out for photos. It stated we would go by the where Charlotte Hornets play and take photos with the dancing chicken. All of the places that we were supposed to spend at least 5 minutes were just drive bys. Disappointed
