Funny Bus
The Funny Bus Charlotte Comedy City Tour departs at 1st Ward Park (301 E 7th St), by the Light Rail tracks. The ONLY comedy tour you can walk to form your uptown hotel! You can bring your own beer or wine, and there’s a quick break at a local bodega for more beverages or to use the restroom. Your tour guide is a local comedian and puts a comedic spin on the sights, sounds, and history as we explore all four wards of the Queen City and some of the cool-hip neighborhoods surrounding the city (South-End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood and Historic Fourth Ward.) We will pass by the Panthers Stadium, the Knights Stadium, the NASCAR Hall of fame and several other great attractions! Please note: Due to the mature nature of the jokes on the bus, this tour is intended for adults only. Those under 16 are prohibited, and no babies or small children are allowed on the bus. If tickets are purchased for children, they will not be allowed to board, and no refund will be issued.

5.00We had the best time on this bus tour! A bunch of us booked this for a fun time for my birthday and Roxanne was hilarious and did not disappoint. She was top notch 🔥 I’m not surprised though after finding out she’s from my home town in California! I highly recommend this tour bus especially if you get Roxanne!
You would be doing yourself a disservice by not booking this tour.

5.00Unique take on the view of city. Comedy is hard, and the comedienne was quick and witty. If there were any adjustments that I would suggest, they would be a different rest stop due to inadequate facilities, and it was hard to see through the plastic windows on the bus.

5.00Loved Tom and as our tour guides/ hosts for 90 minutes of learning historic facts and sports trivia about Charlotte. As a visitor from NJ, I appreciated all of the dining and entertainment tips. Tom is a a very caring and thoughtful comedian whose compassion for others is a welcoming bright light in our often sad world. Lots of fun with mixed generational bus of happy Sunday afternooners!

5.00I've done lots of city tours, but this is a unique spin. We were so fortunate to have a perfect weather day, so that was fortunate. Our comedic guide, Roxanne, was quite entertaining along with her entertainment console playing music that she directed. The tour hits the major areas of Charlotte with a 20 minute stop half way through to use the restroom or grab something to eat or drink. The tour does fill up, so I recommend reserving your spot online as soon as you know you want to go. The bus picks up at the First Ward Park, which is across the street from a market place that also provides parking validation.

5.00This tour is lots of fun and made to be interactive. It's certainly a lovely way to spend 90 minutes being squired about town in a comfortable bus! When the weather is nice, the window flaps are open, allowing fresh air to come in. Our guide, Roxanne, was very engaging and super funny. This tour is not for you if you want to learn deep history about Charlotte. But if you are out for a good time with friends, it's terrific!
