We will take you on a tour around our beautiful city taking in the sights from Edinburgh Castle down the famous Royal Mile to Holyrood House and beyond. Edinburgh Castle is stunning! It sits 260ft above the city on volcanic rock, and is visible for tens of miles in every direction. Along The Royal Mile lies St Giles' Cathedral. For nearly a thousand years St Giles' has been at the centre of Edinburgh's history, and many important moments in history have involved this lovely Cathedral. At the end of The Royal Mile is the new Scottish Parliament building. Love it or hate it, it is certainly somewhere you will want to see. Nestled at the bottom of the Royal Mile, The Palace of Holyrood House, today the official Scottish residence of Britain's Royal Family, was built as a guest house for royal visitors. The Palace and the Abbey have survived numerous fires, repairs and restorations. Driving around our magnificent city you will see an impressive amount of beautiful buildings, monuments, streets and visitor attractions. 5.00We had a delightful day with Alan in Edinburg. One of our traveling companions needed to return to our ship during the tour, and Alan was able to come up with a solution that met our needs. Despite the crowds due to Fringe, Tattoo and an Oasis concert, we were able to visit all the places on our list. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

4.00This was more of a chauffeur experience than a true tour guide - which some people may prefer. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable when we asked questions, but we were the ones leading the visits (and we didn't know exactly where to go). He came through and we enjoyed the day.
Much more than a taxi service

5.00Much more than a taxi!! The service was excellent!! The convenience of booking the car with Frank and we made our own itinerary with an airport pickup (Scott the driver was waiting for us and helped us with our luggage with the car parked only a two minute walk away) Then we had Scott show us the sights in Edinburgh where he dropped us off and picked us up further down the Royal Mile and then he recommended the best restaurant for us and he waited while we ate! Then we had a leisure ride to Aberfeldy (about 100 miles) where Scott pulled off the road twice to show us a highland cow and to go over a special bridge. He was not in a hurry we were more than a job to him we were treated like special VIP's. Great conversations and FRANK again got us out of a jam by a very late booking a week later to come back to Edinburgh (no available taxi in Aberfeldy to return) and he made that happen for us. Thank you Scott for taking care of us and THAN YOU FRANK for such a great reliable service and so easy to work with you.

Our tour guide Scott was extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions to see local sites outside of the norm while also offering flexibility for what we wanted to see in the timeframe that suited our needs. Overall a very memorable experience for the family coupled with a fantastic local guide! This tour is a must have for Edinburgh!!!

5.00Tour was great and customized to us. Scott was fantastic and made our day very enjoyable. Very professional- arrived early and with a very clean, comfortable Mercedes van. We explored all around Edinburgh and had a blast- kids and adults. I messaged Scott the night before to touch base so that he knew our presences and group. He was prepared. I would definitely book and recommend again!
