Conditions : local guide, wine specialist, small group less than 8

Discover more about the world of Burgandian cheese and wine with into the center of Dijon (10 min walking from the center and from the train station). First, meet in a cellar in the center of the town, into a coworking space. Come and taste four local cheeses and try different pairings with four local wines. Learn why some cheeses pair well with wines and how taste wine. Join a local specialist and learn more about the traditions and history of wine in the region, and how wine is made.

Very nice experience even on a rainy day. The wine and cheese were wonderful but what really make this a wonderful experience was Emeline. She is just a very enjoyable person and of course her expertise was great, providing information on the wine regions, the wine, and the pairings with the cheeses. Great time!

This was a perfect introduction to white and red wines of the region, paired with delicious cheeses. Our guide Emeline was very gracious and answered our questions with patience. Highly recommended.

This was an outstanding experience in every way. We learned so much about the wines of Burgundy, and Emeline was such a delight. Of course, she is a sommelier, so she explained everything in as much depth as you can digest. We will remember our experience forever. I have a new friend! (mon nouvel ami)

Amazing time with Emilene today! She was very warm and welcoming from the start. The cheese and wine pairings were thoughtfully curated and were wonderful. Great learning experience about the Burgundian wine region that I will never forget! Thanks again for sharing all of your knowledge Emilene!

Emeline was a fantastic host and very knowledgeable the wines, the cheeses, the region, the terroir, and history. She told stories about her work alongside the wine growers. She spoke both English and French which was helpful for someone learning French but still a primary English speaker. I had a lot of fun as a solo adventurer and brought back to Paris some delicious wine.
