1.00I reserved for 4,15pm via WhatsApp a cheese and wine pairing experience for my husband's 40th birthday...such a disappointment. Arrived and salesman there didn't even say hello, and we just waited whilst he was packing cheeses for other customers. After some time standing there with my family, I politely interrupted him to say we had a reservation for 4.15pm. To which he hissed and said "do you see how much cheese I have left! Well, tell me what cheese you want then!" My husband and I were in shock and there was a blank among all customers in there and my husband decided he did not want to do the experience anymore and so we left. The rudeness of the salesman was unbelievable and uncalled for. He didn't even remember our reservation nor had anything ready for us. I do not recommend them to anyone.
The kind employee sent us home with wine and cheese..crackers.

2.00Ok..first let me share with you the young lady that greeted us was very professional, polite, and willing to come up with a solution. Well…our story begins securing a time (6:00pm - Friday night) We didn’t know this was one of the busiest days of the year on the island. What should have been a 20 minute drive ended up being an hour drive..thankfully we were only 9 minutes late. When we arrived the nice young lady told us that the owner tried to call us and email us that the event was cancelled. Unfortunately my phone and email is part of my daily life…he could have got me mixed up with someone else..he didn’t call or email me. This was a downer as I was dreading the trip back! Hey I was with my best friend (my wife), we were on vacation..the glass was full.

5.00My husband & I had fun tasting the cheeses with the different wines. Two other couples from Toronto were on our tour and they were great to visit with as well. Wish that the shop vendor might have been more engaging to help encourage us to make a purchase as we left; to buy at least 1 of our favorite cheeses!

5.00We booked the cheese & wine tasting. All was perfect, we tasted allot of different cheeses together with different wines. Geraud explanation is really extensive and in depth. My friends and I loved the experience! Super fun to do for lunch!
