Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara
Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara Wat Chedi Luang, this temple is the site of an enormous pagoda, originally 280 feet high, and which was partially destroyed by an earthquake in 1545. At one time, Wat Chedi Luang housed the revered Emerlad Buddha image now enshrined in Bangkok’s Wat Phra Kaew. One of Wat Chedi Luang’s most striking architectural features is a magnificent Naga staircase adorns the chapel’s front.

5.00Had an amazing morning touring of three major temples. The guide was very kind and gave a very good explanation of everything and did a phenomenal job of pointing out all the highlights. There was also a nice opportunity to shop near one of the wats and enjoy some local coffee which made the morning tour even more fun! Highly recommend!

5.00It;s hard to imagine a better duo than Guide Som and Driver PJ for a private custom tour of Chiang Mai. Som was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the various sites we visited, and able to communicate the information very effectively to us. Her English is excellent, and her manner very friendly and easy going. She was truly a delightful guide, with great skills and a sense of humor to ensure that we had a fun day. Driver PJ was always ready for us to be picked up, with an endless supply of bottled water and safe and careful driving. Som and PJ were truly a winning team for us, we would definitle recommend them and will utilize them again when we return!

5.00Our guide was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond making sure to make sure we were well accommodated. I would recommend this tour 10/10 with Ooh la la. Also her vehicle was very clean and comfortable.

5.00Amazing time with Ooh Lala, learned alot of history of the area and was taken to see temples around the city, with a stop to buy local goods. We spent about half the day seeing everything!! Highly recommended!
