Our guide was Leo, and he was OUTSTANDING! Communicated via WhatsApp from early in the am so we knew where the van was. His English is fantastic and his knowledge is limitless! Exceedingly kind, an amazing photographer (let him snap your photo!) and an overall perfect tour guide. The White Temple is breathtaking, the blue temple is just straight up cool and the final stop; at a very new temple opens your eyes to the animism within Buddhism as well as Hinduism. While it was 3hrs each way, the private van for 9 was very comfortable and the surprise treat as we got close back to Chiang Mai upon return was delicious! Do this tour!

The description was accurate. We first went to the temple of lights, then the Blue Temple, and finally the White Temple. Even if the ride was bumpy, the van had A/C and the driver was very nice. Nuttaya was very friendly and gave us many insights about the temples. Be aware that the lunch break actually happens around 2pm, so don’t forget to eat in the morning like I did :) Also, please note that Chiang Rai is more than 3h away from Chiang Mai, meaning you’re gonna be in that van for around 7h that day. I saw some people complaining about this, tbh I’d advise not to book a day trip like this if you can’t handle the drive. Otherwise, it’s probably the best way to see all those temples in a single day at an affordable cost, so if that’s what you're looking for: go ahead!

Our tour guide Jackie made this trip extra special. Obviously, these temples are beautiful or else you wouldn’t be going to them. It was the addition of Jackies wealth of knowledge on Buddhism and the history of these temples that made this memorable. I could not recommend more. Also, remember to bring sunglasses to the White Temple, it was a little bit difficult to see in the sun without them. (I bought some from a store right outside)

Really awesome experience & tour! The guide used to be a monk and has so much knowledge! His English is really good too so it makes it a fascinating history & cultural information be fascinating! Really recommend this tour. It’s not rushed the experience and they are flexible and so friendly. The car they pick you up is a luxury type and very spacious.

This was a well organised tour by Ratcha Vasit our guide. He gave us the history on the three temples on arrival and enough time for our visits at each site. He also gave us a snack of sticky rice and mango on the way home which was a nice suprise. Thank you for a great day.
