This was a full-day tour, and Mr. Boon did an excellent job of explaining everything clearly while keeping us engaged and interested throughout. The tour started and ended right on schedule. Visiting the temples was a highlight, and we were pleasantly surprised when Mr. Boon treated us to mango sticky rice. If you're up for a 12-hour adventure, I’d definitely recommend this tour.

I arranged hotel pickup for my tour. I should not have been able to proceed with that if my hotel was out of range for pickup. I then tried to reschedule or cancel my booking but was told I would not get a refund however this morning I looked and it says 100% refund with 24 hour notice so I could have gotten my refund. At the very least get rescheduled to another day. Regardless I went ahead and booked a taxi to bring me to pickup spot. My taxi canceled on me last minute and for over an hour I tried getting another grab, indrive, bolt and there was no one available so I googled taxi services and finally found one and I would've gotten there 10 minutes after but informed the tour and the guide of everything that happened in full detail. Then the second taxi canceled on me. I was in tears and my whole day was ruined. So then I ask if I found my own way could I use my entrance tickets I purchased with my tour. I was even told no for that! because they marked me as a no show even though I communicated everything that occurred and practically begged someone to call me instead of back and forth messaging which they couldn't even be bothered to do that either. I am so beyond upset and disappointed.

Our guide Atii and driver were great. It was a wonderful day, white and blue temples are impressive. I wish we had more time at the white temple. And black house has been replaced by a Burmese temple and I think this one can be skipped or replaced by something else. Part of this temple was burned in 2016 and it is still under construction. Not much to see.
