This tour was great. Vasit is a really good tour guide and just overall good person. I really enjoyed learning about the religion and his personal relationship with it. Vasit will answer all your questions with care and understanding. This tour was just overall really good. I also liked that even if your pickup spot wasn’t on the list they’ll work with you to pick you up where you want.

As long as you know what you’re signing up for, I think this is the best way to visit Chiang Rai on limited time! The White Temple and Blue Temple were stunning, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and tranquility of the Temple of Light. Our tour guide, Ratcha Vasit, was the highlight of our journey and gave us many details about the temples and Buddhism itself – you could tell he was passionate about his own beliefs, which made the experience even more special. My caveats – it is a LONG day with a lot of time spent in the car. Additionally, the White Temple/Blue Temple are modern and unlike other historic Buddhist temples, as well as very busy tourist destinations. However, if you’re prepared for these aspects going in, the tour is a great value and helps you get the most out of your experience!!!
