I appreciate the flexibility and picking me up from a hotel that wasn't on the list. I wish we would have stopped at more popular sites to take pictures: Chicago Broadway sign and The Bean. Overall, I had a decent experience and would do it again.

In addition to giving us an informative tour, Rick was very helpful with suggestions about what to do around Chicago (pizza, etc). I liked his direct, no nonsense style. He was also humorous and personable.
