  If you want to know what it is like to live in the Bahamas, sign up for this tour. “Fonzie” will drive you around the island, greeting everyone as she passes by, and they wave and call to her also. I think she knows everyone on the island. You’ll see old churches, Queen Staircase, homes ravaged by hurricanes, a beach, locally owned businesses, etc. She’ll explain the Bahamian culture, why things are the way they are, the good and the bad. It is a personal tour; I think she is the most joyful person I’ve ever met. There are several stops. The sample of rum cake was delicious!

  Julian was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He had waters for everyone which was so thoughtful. Great way to experience the island vs the other bus tours that don’t have open windows. Our kids liked it just as much as we did.

  First let me start by saying I went to the Bahamas with my family for Christmas and we use Chippies as our Airport transportation to out resort when we were pick up our driver was the best, as he took us to our resort he gave us a mini tour of the island he wss very knowledgeable and he also was a safe driver, The next day we did the island tour with chippie herself and let me say it was an amazing experience the best tour that I have taken and I have been a many vacations, Chippie was the best very friendly, a beautiful smile and a great person to talk to. Chippie also very knowledgeable of the island and it also was amazing to find out about her life that she played college basketball in the states so if you’re ever in the Bahamas, you must definitely do chippies island tours you would not be disappointed, and if you’re looking for the airport shuttle definitely give her a call I would like to thank Chippie and her staff they were amazing so I’m gonna rate them a 10 out of 10…

  We booked this excursion as part of our time in port during our cruise. We arrived at the straw market about 15 minutes before the scheduled boarding time. Our guide was punctual and very accommodating towards my family. He was friendly and highly knowledgeable. We visited all the locations listed in the itinerary, and we ended the tour with ice cream and conch fritters. I highly recommend this tour as it offers a great way to see the highlights of Nassau without taking up the entire day.

  We were on a Multigenerational trip of 10 and we loved this experience mostly because we saw areas we would not have otherwise seen or even known about. Our host, Julian was so accommodating and friendly - and provided so much valuable information. I highly recommend this tour.

  We had an amazing tour with Chippies. They were easy to find outside the market! Our guide was great, answered all questions, had a lot of personality, and provided water along with samples of local food. I really didn't expect them to spend so much time with us, our tour was almost 2.5hrs long. We were able to cover so much ground and see a bit of everything.

  Fonzie absolutely made this tour for us, beautiful soul who showed us all around the city and explained the history and culture. Worth twice the sum. She is so bubbly and full of energy made it an amazing experience for us. With love, Jay and Darla from Canada.
