The Bahamas Rum Cake Factory
The Bahamas Rum Cake Factory produces bundt rum cakes in several scrumptious flavors, like Pina Colada, banana, chocolate, and plain pound cake. The cakes are marinated in the famous Ole Nassau Rum, distilled in Nassau on New Providence Island, and they especially go great with ice cream. These cakes are available throughout the island as well as in the departure lounge at the Lynden Pindling International Airport and at Festival Place on Prince George Wharf. They are vacuum packed for shipping and will retain their flavor. You can get a tour of the facilities and free tastings when you visit. Homemade jams and jellies are also available. Hours of operation: Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. / Sunday 10:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
Queen's Staircase
The Queen's Staircase is a walkway of 66 steps (102 feet in Nassau, the capital city of The Bahamas.

5.00Even though it rained that day, they offered ponchos which was nice and the trip itself was informative. The stop at the rum cake factory was my fave but gets VERY crowded so watch out for little ones. Loved seeing the Queens Stairs as well! 4/5 overall!

5.00The tour guide, Julian, was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable about the area and made the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Julian as your guide.

5.00We could not have had a better time and experience. Fonzie was our driver and she was beyond amazing. So entertaining and such a wealth of knowledge about your beautiful island. The stops on the tour were both beautiful and interesting. It is definitely worth the cost for the trolley tour. Fonzie provided insights into the history and culture, as well as hidden gems on the island we would not have known about if we hadn't taken the tour. Fonzie I hope to one day make it back just to meet you again!!

5.00What a great tour of Nassau, I highly recommend it this tour operator was extremely kind and informative. We got to visit all the historical sites and Atlantis. Along the way she gave us complementary tastes of rum cake, conch fritters, and coconut milk rum shot for adults. It was a 3 hour tour and for the price it is a must do.

5.00Phenomenal tour and hostess. Shakira was hands down an amazing tour guide, who made my kids feel special and given a five star experience during our 2-hour tour of Nassau. My kids being older (11 and 15) I wondered how they would be able to enjoy such a history and information focused excursion, but Shakira tapped into their curiosity and had them to sit up front in the tour bus w her as we explored the island. This was the perfect tour for a port day if you’re cruising and looking for a more low-key excursion. Shakira took us on several stops per the itinerary, and allowed us to hop off on our last stop at the beach. Aside from Apple Maps guiding me to the wrong tour meet up spot, all went well w finding where to meet the group (the port side of the Straw Market - not the Bay St side!) I highly recommend this tour and many kudos to Shakira!!

5.00Simply AMAZING!!!! Fonzi was incredible and she truly gave us an amazing run down of the culture of beautiful Nassau. Her hospitality was above and beyond! We want to come back just to do another tour with her.
