• Avoid this place! never got a tour but they took our money!

  Not a serious company. booked through getyourguide but got confirmation that they will pick us up at 14.30. They never showed up, after calling them we just got told to wait. A few phone calls later and more than 1 hour we eventually got told its cancelled with no more explanation. Got told same time tomorrow. Day after i tried reaching out to them to comfirm as we found another company to take us out. after a few hour they answered that they will pick us up at 14.30 and we will go out. Sadly we trusted them.. after many many call and 40 min of wait the driver showed up telling us its late now and we dont have enough time. After a few phone calls they just said its canceled again and asked if we want to try tomorrow even though we explaind we only have the weekend Still waiting on a refund but they dont answer us. After reading some more reviews it has happend before. I wouldnt trust them if you dont mind sitting a few days just waiting for car thet never shows up.

  Avoid this company. We booked a three hour afternoon game drive with this company. The first day we waited for the car for one hour before they called and cancelled the trip saying it was too late to go now… they rescheduled it for the next day, the car arrived 40 minutes too late and they cancelled again because it was not enough time left to do the tour. The whole company feels like scam… so disappointed that our whole weekend in Chobe Nationalpark just didn’t happen because of this company. Still waiting for the refund…

• Worst Safari Ever

  The guide was listless and unmotivated. He was driving around the park completely unimaginative. That day there were strangely few animals on the river (I know the park) instead of choosing an alternative route it just kept racing. On the way back there were many animals to see in the Bush and you could have had a wonderful safari, but then we had no time and it was not stopped. The worst safari I've ever done. The company Afrinature Safari is not recommended. The next morning they cancelled the safari, which was also booked.

  We've been on safari before , there was very little to see in this part of chobe , the lion under tree seen with many other wagons , lots of elephants and of course impala, it's dry except along the river Like all guides, the engine stops when taking a picture but then follow5 a too long story about the animal just seen and usually the same story twice Our guide here had no connection with his guests at all

  Just when you think you’ve seen it all on a number of safaris you go to a different country and have a totally different experience. Here the landscape looks different as is the ratio of certain types of animals e.g elephants. There was a lot of border immigration stamping in and out (Zimbabwe —> Botswana & back), but worth the hassle as the elusive leopard was finally spotted! The elephants were on parade except not strung together trunk to tail a la Disney LOL. The sheer number of them was truly impressive.

  Very poor experience with this provider. Slow or no communication, didn't arrive for pick up, complicated rescheduling. They did nothing they said they were going to do. Made my time in Kasane very stressful. You need reliability when you're the other side of the world with limited time

  It was an excellent game drive. We saw giraffes, hippos, baboons, impala, elephants, and even 3 lions which the guide said was not typical. Excellent guide. Right on time. Wonderful experience!

• Amazing private game drive with Afrinature Safaris!

  I traveled to Chobe with a tour group that was on crowded safari vehicles that didn't allow me to view the wildlife the way I wanted. I was so frustrated, I started looking for a company to provide my friend and I a private game drive. David at Afrinature Safaris was wonderful and set us up with an amazing guide (Innocent). The private game drive allowed us to stop as much as we wanted to look at wildlife, stop the vehicle completely to avoid camera shake while taking photos with a large lens. My photos from the Afrinature game drives were the best photos I took in Botswana! Innocent was extremely knowledgeable on wildlife and we were very excited about his knowledge of the all the bird species. Our experience the first afternoon was so amazing, that we decided to skip our tour group game drive the next morning and book again with Afrinature Safaris and Innocent. I highly recommend contacting David directly to set up a private game drive. It's well worth it!!

  Had a great time with African Drifters, I would like to name and praise their driver Haskins. He was so professional and made sure we were comfortable during our drive. He was friendly and funny too. Thumbs up to Haskins ❤️

  

• Chobe game drive, river boat ride, Vic Falls day trip.

  We found David through the African Drifters website and explained to him that we were a group of budget travelers interested in doing aVic Falls day trip, a Chobe game drive, and a subset river cruise. He was easy to plan with and understood that we wanted a relaxed low key guide. We had a great time hanging out with him and another guide Goms on our day in Vic Falls. They were very flexible and patient with us and our scattered group. The next day David organized a morning game drive for us with Goms. It was a beautiful morning and we saw many animals including hippos, crocodiles, impala, giraffes, lions (including cubs), and even a leopard! Goms was great at pointing out birds, animal behaviour information and shared his knowledge about local plants. We learned a lot. In the afternoon David organized a boat trip for us with Ian. We saw a large family of elephants playing on the bank of the Chobe river as well as hippos, crocodiles and numerous birds. Ian was also good at sharing his knowledge about both natural and human history.
