Our day at Roatan's tropical island starts with a sightseeing experience enjoying the lush island and exploring from the cruise port or resort to the panoramic hill, a perfect place for 180 degrees photo, you will view Coxen Hole village from the hill also the opportunity for local craft market shopping. After this stop is time to drive to the west area of the island for our first tasting experience at the Chocolate factory, we will enjoy multiple yummy samples. After we will pass by the famous "Rusty Fish" to view/purchase incredible recycle products.
Our guide will escort you to the Rum & Cake factory for another unique local tasting experience with delicious cake samples. On our way back we will stop at the Roatan color sign for group/family fun photos and selfies, wooo!

5.00We had an exceptional experience with Roatan Five Star Tours Company, thanks to our driver and guide, Neal Richard. From the start, communication was easy, responsive, and flexible. They worked seamlessly around a separate excursion we had already booked. Neal picked us up directly from the cruise ship and completely customized our day. He ensured we made it to our pre-booked activity on time, then planned the rest of our day so we could experience as much as possible, including shopping, a chocolate tour, a rum tour, scenic photo stops, and more. Neal was prompt, kind, and very knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and insights about Roatan throughout the day. We always felt well taken care of, and he made sure we were back at the ship with plenty of time to spare. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a personalized, stress-free experience in Roatan.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with our private guide, Daniel. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always flexible with everything we wanted to do. The private car was very comfortable, and he managed the schedule perfectly. Our kids also had a wonderful time—especially in Roatán. The ocean was stunning, and the snorkeling there was absolutely unforgettable. Daniel truly made our trip special. We highly recommend him!

5.00We were collected from the cruise ship terminal and were taken to West End by our very friendly driver Daniel. We had read on reviews that you might not get back if you rely on taxis and were a bit concerned about getting back to the ship, but there was Daniel, exactly were he said he'd be. Well worth the experience to feel so looked after.

2.00Very disappointing tour. “Detached” driver, pretty much the first thing he said was: “there’s not much to see here, tell me if you want to go somewhere specific.” We’ve asked to bring us somewhere there locals would go to: clean beach, great local food. And he brought us to 3 VERY touristy places. He’s been on the phone all the time. Wasn’t really a tour.

5.00We had been looking forward to this tour for months, and Neal Richard made sure we had an excellent time! He was so informative and told us about the island, answered our questions, and was so patient! We had a great time at the park and the animals were so sweet! The chocolate factory and rum factory had delicious samples their beautifully made products-and we had to take some home. The souvenirs shop was fun and the Rusty Fish was a delight! We also had a delicious, local meal to round out our day! Overall, we could not have asked for a better day. Thank you so much Neal and Five Star! We will be seeing you again!

5.00Simon was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us avoid traffic pitfalls in order to make the most of our time on the island. Simon recommended various other activities we could do and helped negotiate discounted rates for our group. We felt very confident in Simon’s abilities and truly believe he helped make our trip the best that it could be while in Roatan! Thanks Simon!

5.00I visited not as part of the tour but the Factory itself. It was very good, the tour guide and the tastes! It was not full sugar with 5% cacao but the opposite. Healthy. :P It was exciting to see the exact small factory also, the whole process. The cafe shop was nice too, the cocoa drink was more 'watery' as expected but still OK. The staff there was nicer to the cruisers than to me... I felt myself a bit discriminated, however I also bought some stuff. Upstairs the Team is superstar!
