If you already have seen Sugar Loaf, this city tour could be a great option for you. Tijuca Forest is the fourth largest urban forest in the world. Being located in the middle of Rio, the forest has borders with all the 4 zones of Rio.
Recovered and back to life, Tijuca Forest, which was almost completely deforested for coffee planting, is now the lung of the city of Rio de Janeiro. It has an area of 4 thousand hectares, having 95% of this area reforested by D. Pedro II over 13 years, from 1861.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful time on our tour in Rio de Janeiro. Alan Denis was very knowledgeable and answered any question we had. When our plans changed, he was very helpful in suggesting other points of interest we could visit. Alan was sure to have us visit the most beautiful and most interesting areas of the city. We were thankful for not only visiting the highlights, but learning about the culture and rich history of this wonderful city. We were more than happy with this tour and our tour guide.

5.00I travelled with my brothers in law to Rio de Janeiro it was a perfect choice. Alan is very professional and knows Rio de Janeiro very well. On time, Alan took us to all the places in the tour and also extra mile with others nice view of the city. 100 % indicated from sole and family tour.

5.00Alan is a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable tour guide. He is one of those persons who goes the extra mile and who makes sure you are completely satisfied with the experience. He takes you to all the places offered in the tour and more, explaining very clearly along the way. His tours are very structured, but not rigid. If you want to detour to buy a t-shirt or souvenir, he will drive you to a shopping center and wait for you until you find what you want. He knows great places to eat which will not drain your wallet. We had a great experience with Alan and we highly recommend him whenever you decide to travel to Rio.
