Wishing for calm seas - tour should have cancelled/rescheduled

3.00The crew and boat were great; however, the issue we had was the fact the tour left the dock ~30 min late due to waiting on 2 ferries so we lost that time just waiting. The BIGGEST issue was the fact the seas were much too rough to be going out the day of our tour and frankly should have been cancelled to ensure tourists actually enjoy the experience. We had several people actually got seasick to the point hurling overboard and the majority of others were nauseous the majority of the time and just wanted the trip to end. On a good calm sunny day I am sure the rating would be a 5 so my advice to tourists to is pay attention to the forecast and whether or not there are calm seas; otherwise do yourself a favor and stay on dry land.

5.00The You Know boat arrived on schedule and was clean and inviting. Virginia and her Captain were the best tour guides. She gave us the full history of each of the five villages of the Cinque Terre and stopped to allow time for photos and a swim. The food was delicious and the beverages refreshing. When they learned we had an anniversary, they even broke out the champagne!
