5.00We had the best experience ever. The vehicle was clean and comfortably sat our group of 7. We were surprised that the tour cost so little, especially with the great service we received. Our driver, Augustin, was very knowledgeable of the area and gave some history and fun facts as he safely drove us to our many destinations. He was very polite and patient. The City and Country Puerto Plaza History and Beach Tour is a must if you’re in the area. And Augustin puts the cherry on top!

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic experience touring Puerto Plata with our guide, Agustin. He was incredibly patient, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. Agustin drove very safely and was always attentive to our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was his knowledge—he shared so many educational facts and rich history about the local culture that really brought Puerto Plata to life. You could tell he genuinely cares about what he does and about providing an excellent experience. I will definitely book this company again, and I will be requesting Agustin specifically when I return. Highly recommend!
