Walking Tour: Starts daily at 11am from Szent Istvan ter 1, 1051 Hungary. Duration: 1 hour, walking through areas the buses cannot cover - St. Stephen's Basilica, Parliament, Shoes on the Danube Bank, Vaci Fashion Street, Danube Promenade
Please note, due to preparations for the UEFA Champions League Final, Stop 10 is out of service until further notice

Long stops! Bad advertising; poor service

2.00The bus stopped and we all had to change buses in the rain. They take in too many people. They stopped and waited at least twice for 10 minutes at two stops. A woman had lost her ticket and they argued but she was allowed on! You could not see out of left side of bus windows because they have a pattern. The narration was paltry. They advertise all over the city but there are better companies.

1.00Raining and all seats are wet. They don’t have paper towels or anything else to wipe down. People just getting soaked… The verbal description of each location provides so little information. All in all, a waste of money and most importantly, time.

2.00Peak times the bus was crowded. Upper deck of the bus has very low metal bars with no padding holding up a canvas cover. Almost everyone hit their head on the unprotected bars. Water collected in puddles in the seats on the top deck, catching out many people and causing significant discomfort to passengers. No thought of providing a towel to dry the seats by the operator. Generally a pretty poor experience.

4.00Terrible condition of the bus. Filthy dirty and half of the earphone jacks do not work. Money vould be well spent on maintenance!

2.00I would have rated it higher as 2 of the 4 buses we hopped on where satisfactory The other 2 not so The company specified that there was no standing or moving while the bus was moving dew to health and safety On the 1st bus the driver drove off before passengers where seated including myself I hurt myself and I know for sure another passenger did too The 2nd bus the driver was letting people get on even though the bus was full I wrote to the company and I got was an apology no offer of any sort of refund very disappointed

2.00We were sold a three day ticket and advised that there was a red and green line tour. On the third day we tried to use the green line bus. When we arrived at the stop we were told it wasn’t running! No apology or offer of a refund. Nothing in the blurb to say it wouldn’t be running every day. Also, the boat tour was poor - no commentary. Just a ride up and down the main bit of the Danube.

1.00Booked online after getting leaflet. Accent on green line to thick. Boat not included but that was very unclear Use public transport and ChatGPT and save a fortune! It was not clear the boat was no not not part of the ticket Exceptionally disappointing I shall be leaving a bad review Also the strong accent in the green route was impossible to understand Expensive for what it is

1.00Currently sitting at the top of the very full bus in the heat waiting to move. Started on another bus but was offloaded because they were taking a break. Had to get on another bus and here we wait. Waiting for the robotic AI narrative to recommence. For the money they charged me for my ticket alone they could have afforded to pay someone to review and fix the AI narrative to correct the many mistakes. I do a hop-on-hop-off tour in most European cities that I visit. This has been the most expensive and the worst. Avoid it. Take the alternative.
