1.00Pathetic. I am on vacation. I book a Viator ticket and pay for it. On the day of travel my wife falls sick . I know the rules say " No cancellation with 24 Hrs" I agree. Its only fair. But when your tour buses are going half empty can you not accommodate me on the next day when I request ?? Instead I have to loose the entire amount ... I know contractually you are right. But you dont win customers with contracts . Its with genuine compassion. I thought Viator had it. Looks like I am mistaken.

1.00BEWARE!!! I bought 3 tickets on the Viator app in the afternoon that were supposed to be good for 24hrs. However, they stopped driving for the day 10min after my purchase and I was advised that they were not open for business the next day!!!! I contacted Viator and guess what, my request for a refund was denied!! A SCAM!!! I was told that should have read the fine print of the operational hours
