Rome Municipality Authority may impose new regulations and restricted access for all hop-on hop-off tours in the city of Rome without warning. It could impact the number of stops available and/or your journey on this tour; the exact itinerary will be advised on the day of travel

On Sundays and selected public holidays (Easter) traffic might be restricted in certain areas of Rome. Stops affected frequently include Colosseo or Circo Massimo

Wheelchair accessible (lower level only); electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated for technical reasons. The most accessible boarding point is Via Marsala (Termini Station)

This ticket is valid for City Sightseeing Rome , Vatican&Rome Open Bus (if selected)

Night Tour only leaves from Via Giolitti, 32 and it is one loop only

Night tour duration: 90 minutes

For operational reasons, Night Tour departure of the tour scheduled at 21:00 may be postponed up to a maximum of 15 minutes. The service is still guaranteed and the conditions of the tour remain unchanged.

    We went for the guided tour. The guide was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and wealth of experience. It is worth listening to other guides before the tour otherwise it’s a bit of an “information overload” Lots and lots of Roman history! It’s worth swatting up before the tour so you can answer all the questions on the test at the end.

    If I could give no stars, I would. We were told there were plenty of buses and they arrived at every stop within 10 minutes. It's a total lie. We still haven't been able to use our ticket as no busses have turned up after half hour waits every time we've tried to use it. Total con because when you check the live status, there's only around 4 buses running. While we were waiting, 3 big bus tours buses turned up to pick up their passengers, so I recommend them. Don't waste your money on these cowboys.

    This is a scam. The people selling you tickets with this company tell you a bus comes every 25 min, then blame it on traffic when no bus showed in over an hour while other bus companies came on schedule. Their live tracking of the buses is a joke. We spent our last day in Rome waiting over 90 minutes for a bus. Forget about hop off, we were lucky to hope on before dark so we could see anything.

    Total waste of money. We went out of season and even then it's difficult to get on a bus. They don't run enough buses for the amount of tourists who've pre booked. Chaotic at each stop. I've been on many of this companies tours in other European cities, this is the worst. If you are lucky enough to get on then takes ages between each stop as bus is stationary for a lot of the time due to traffic. We purchased for 24 hours and after we finally managed to get on the bus we had to get off half an hour later due to stand still traffic. Once on the bus we selected number 2 on the audio for English but didn't work. Had to wait for others to get off to switch seats only to find, yet again that audio not in English. Switched for the third time and eventually audio worked but not informative. For every couple of sentences there was 5 mins of the most annoying music, not one bit calming. Please don't waste your money, put on some sensible shoes and just walk around the city

    Traffic in Rome is so crazy that the bus went only about 6 stops in one hour! We finally got off and walked all over. The headphones are very inexpensive so half the time it didn't work very well and we couldn't understand that much. We've taken HoHo tours in many cities and they have always been enjoyable. The day was very pleasant but they had the roof on so unless you were sitting right on the side, you couldn't see any of the sights. Very disappointing
