Matteo coordinated everything perfectly for our group of 13 — we had several pickups and transfers, and each one was smooth and on time. His communication was excellent, and every driver we met was professional and friendly. Traveling with a large group can be challenging, but Matteo and his team made it all feel effortless. 5.00Fantastic service from Mia Limo. We book a return to Civitavecchia and a transfer from our hotel in Rome to the airport and everything was completely as described. The drivers were very courteous and helpful, the cars were very clean and comfortable (Mercedes E Class) and we were collected on time as requested. Highly recommended.

5.00Using Mia Limo was the best decision I made for my parents' Rome trip. I arranged for my parents and their friends to use Mia Limo for all of their transportation needs during a recent Rome visit, and Matteo (the owner) was super responsive and helpful. Antonio (the driver) was also great and made the trips super comfortable for my parents. One particular shoutout to the team - I had to make last-minute changes to the arrangements, and I wasn't able to provide exact timing or location for the pickup, and Matteo and Antonio went above and beyond to make sure Antonio would be waiting exactly where my parents needed to be picked up and right on time. Thank you, Matteo and Antonio! If I make it over to Rome for my own trip, I will definitely be contacting you!

5.00Excellent service from cruise port. Matteo picked us up and drove us to our hotel in Rome. Water and mints were provided for the ride. Matteo is very personable and spoke perfect English. He gave us great advice for our stay in Rome. He was also our driver from Rome to the airport. I would highly recommend Mia for transportation. Worth every euro. He provides the best transportation. Prompt and very reliable service.

5.00Mia Limo was an excellent service recommended by Italy Perfect. Matteo was friendly, professional, and his car was immaculate. Mia Limo went over and above providing airport transfer, but he personally helped me sort out an issue when I became separated from my husband at the Rome airport baggage claim. He worked with us until the problem was resolved. I am sure he spent significant overtime with us, but was patient and didn’t charge extra. Highly recommend Mia Limo!
