Excellent walking tour of downtown Cleveland, OH. Very informative and for the most part, the technology worked. There were a couple of times when we had to restart the or move the recorded conversation back to where we were physically located in downtown Cleveland.
Overcharged. No refund.

For about $10, this would be worthwhile. Unfortunately, when I purchased the walking tour via trip advisor, i was charged $9 by Viator and $32 by WalkN Tours. I called Eric and explained. He advised I must have purchased a subscription for the year. I did not mean to and I cannot make use of a subscription. He did not refund any money. So, my self guided walking tour cost me $41 in total. BEWARE!!
Perfect way to learn about the city and plan your trip.

This is the third smartphone tour we have taken with WalknTour and it did not disappoint. Great way to learn about the city at your own pace. It was very informative and will use this in all future tours.
