5.00Excellent walking tour of downtown Cleveland, OH. Very informative and for the most part, the technology worked. There were a couple of times when we had to restart the or move the recorded conversation back to where we were physically located in downtown Cleveland.
Overcharged. No refund.

2.00For about $10, this would be worthwhile. Unfortunately, when I purchased the walking tour via trip advisor, i was charged $9 by Viator and $32 by WalkN Tours. I called Eric and explained. He advised I must have purchased a subscription for the year. I did not mean to and I cannot make use of a subscription. He did not refund any money. So, my self guided walking tour cost me $41 in total. BEWARE!!
