Only a few special guests invited by the president were allowed inside. These included world leaders, Olympic medalists, K-pop stars like BTS, and executives from companies like Samsung or LG.
Now, after a change in government, the gates are open. But this access doesn't last forever, so don't miss your chance!

Yeongbingwan was used to welcome important guests from other countries. Presidents met foreign leaders here, and big events like dinners or meetings were held inside. The building looks modern but has Korean-style details. It shows how Korea welcomed guests with respect and care. Visitors can see the main hall where many historic events took place.

5.00I had the chance to join the Korea White House Tour before it closed, and what really made it special was our guide Jungho. He was very attentive – always checking that everyone was present, keeping the group together, and making sure we understood everything. The information he shared was perfectly balanced: not too much, not too little – just enough to stay curious and follow along easily. He answered all of our questions with patience and really brought the experience to life. Even though we walked a lot, it never felt tiring because the tour was so engaging and beautifully paced. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving us a great experience. The tour itself may not be available anymore, but if you ever get the chance to join another experience with this guide, I’d absolutely recommend it😊

Tour guide Jungho was amazing: He sent very clear instruction where to meet up, he walked with us 2 hrs and explain many interesting details about Korean history, he even walked me back to Metro station. 5.00The site was amazing to see - highly recommend a visit to Blue Plaza, especially this walking tour with Jungho. Our guide - Jungho - enhanced our experience by giving us interesting facts and stories. Jungho was fluent in English, making it joyfull and easy to listen to him. Nice balance between hearing about the vast history and being able to look around at the scenery and take photos. The tour took approximately two hours visiting the various parts of the area, including small breaks. Bonus points for Jungho being accomondating, funny and telling us some fun facts along the way!

5.00It was an amazing tour with Jungho! Jungo was a great guide. He brought us water, and gave us a special gift at the end of the tour. He had lots of interesting facts about the blue house, and also knew all about the best photo areas. I would recommend to go on the Blue House Tour with him!

5.00This was an awesome tour of the Blue house. Jungho was the perfect tour guide and made the experience very memorable. His knowledge of the Blue house made it very interesting and his enthusiasmn made it easy to follow along. We really felt we got to learn things about the house that you wouldn't learn from anyone else. Highly reccomend this tour.
