1.00Horrible experience as driver never came and we had to request refund from Viator. Very disappointing that Viator chose a non reliable vendor. Viator should be following up to ensure bookings are confirmed with local vendor We lost a day as part of our vacation plans. In a foreign country this is not acceptable
