1.00This is a travel company that lies through its teeth. I booked their Northern Lights tour, but they failed to arrange it at all. When I arrived at the restaurant meeting point, the staff told me the tour manager had taken Christmas leave. They claimed in an email that they would issue a refund, but in reality, they refused to refund me and even falsely stated that I never showed up at the meeting point. The level of shock is beyond words. I understand that travel and aurora chasing involve an element of luck, but I never expected such a disreputable travel company in Tromsø. If you think my description is an overstatement, please check their reviews on the GetYourGuide (GYG) platform — I am not an isolated case.

2.00This was the guides first time giving the history of Cod in Tromso, but having said that, she was knowledgeable and was able (with the help of a local fisherman who happened to be in the building) to answer all our questions. The food tasting however was a waste of time and certainly not worth the amount we had paid for the experience. The video outside the building gives the impression that there was plenty to sample....No Way. Had we known, we would have been better off ordering a meal at the restaurant and skip the tour.

5.00We got to taste five different parts of a cod - something we probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Our guide explained the cod production process and gave us an insight into the history and industry.
Fun little tour which includes Cod tastings.

5.00Had a very nice tour with tastings. The guide knew a lot about the history of fishing in Norway, despite the fact that he (as a Frenchman) had only lived in Norway for 3 years (...)
