Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
At time of booking, passengers must provide airline and flight number and whatsapp number while abroad.
We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxis.
Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.
The assigned driver prepares the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and ready for the journey.
The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.
Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
The driver ensures a comfortable and safe journey, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations. The vehicle may be equipped with amenities such as air conditioning.
Depending on the duration of the journey (approximately 1-7 hours), the driver may take breaks at rest stops or for refreshments, ensuring passenger comfort.

Will anyone else be traveling in the vehicle I booked? No, we only offer private transfer services, the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you. The duration of the journey depend on accordigly your Drop-off location. (approximately 1-7 hours), the driver may take breaks at rest stops or for refreshments, ensuring passenger comfort. 5.00Our driver was friendly and courteous. He waited patiently for a couple of hours when we were delayed with luggage problems. He pointed out places of interest on the way to our hotel. The car was clean and comfortable.

5.00We chose a round-trip airport transfer in a private car from CMB/Tangalle (about 3 hours each way). Driver was on time both at the airport and our resort. Nice, clean cars, comfortable rides and very safe. Both rides were timely and without incident. I would definitely recommend this company. If we return, I would hire them to provide some tours. They made us some nice offers, but sadly we ran out of time.
