  The service from the agency left a little to be desired, but the guide Andréa and the driver Gonzalo managed to turn the tour in Cologne into a very good experience, with information, but light, and a lot of sympathy and attention with everyone. We had the city tour and then enough time to enjoy the city afterwards. I loved it!

  Our trip to Colonia was great. Andrea was fully bilingual, courteous, knowledgeable and very nice. They were always on time. We had plenty of time to look around and she took us to the main attractions.

  I booked this tour expecting a proper guided experience to Colonia del Sacramento, with comfortable transportation and a knowledgeable guide who could bring the history of the place to life. Unfortunately, it fell far short. We were squeezed into a small sedan with two other tourists. I had to sit in the middle seat in the back for over two hours each way, which was quite uncomfortable and not what I would expect from a tour advertised this way. The guiding itself was also lacking. There was very little historical context provided throughout the day, and some of the information we did receive was incorrect; for example, the guide pointed to a Portuguese coat of arms and identified it as Spanish. We also spent surprisingly little time actually exploring Colonia. Instead, a disproportionate amount of time, over an hour, was spent at lunch, with the guide lingering long after everyone had finished, cutting further into what could have been time to walk around and learn more about the city. Overall, this experience felt less like a guided tour and more like a glorified taxi ride to and from Colonia. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an informative or comfortable tour experience.

  very good experience with Gonzalo, even though I traveled with a group of all Brazilians took the time to explain me in detail and with a lot of passion about Cologne in my language.

  We went with the guides Rovilson and Andrea. I'd like to praise them! Rovilson gave a history lesson from the way to the way, was very cordial and caring. Andrea, a very sympathetic Uruguayan guide, with very good English and speaks very well Portuguese. On the Tour to Punta Del Leste, we went with Andrea and it was an amazing experience! Wonderful professionals that should be recognized!

  Our guide was excellent, set the ground rules up front. Everyone was punctual which helped with the experience. Drive there broken up with a few stops and clean rest rooms. Non stop trip back but our guide would have obliged with a stop if asked.
