  Who accompanied us as a guide and driver were Rafa and Junior, respectively. They were super punctual, careful, patient. Rafa in addition to a wonderful guide, also a great photographer (we abused a little bit of it to make beautiful photos). The team as a whole is super responsible! I highly recommend the agency!!!

  I loved the tour!Marcela and Junior are wonderful!Simpatient and nice. Marcela has a lot of knowledge and talked about various local curiosities and things. The history of Sacramento is quite interesting! She has several tips to take beautiful photos as well!

  I had a confirmed booking with hotel pickup scheduled between 8–9am. I waited the entire time. No one showed up. I messaged them through the chat and received no response, then tried calling the phone number in the confirmation email, which did not work. At 9.45am, they contacted me to say they could not find my booking and therefore did not pick me up. This is completely unacceptable. Due to their poor organisation and lack of communication, I missed the tour entirely. One of the worst tour experiences I have had.

  It is one of the worst experiences. They said to wait at the hotel at 8am. I waited till 9.30am. Their contact number or Viator app contact did not even work. My hotel has tried to keep calling, they said they never get the order. I have not experienced it with other Viator tours! This is the first one, avoid this tour company at all costs!

  They are very committed and punctual. And our guide Rovilson made all the difference so that we could understand the whole history of Uruguay in a way we loved . Couldn't be better, amazing days!!

  This was the worst tour I’ve ever paid for. We were picked up from the port 30 minutes later than we had been told. There were three other groups on the tour, some who had been picked up in Montevideo. Then, there was confusion about the schedule and lunch, which was not easily resolved by the guide, who was not comfortable communicating (outside of the general talk track) in English. The tour around the old city was dull and lacked energy. There was no storytelling and my entire group was disengaged. The guide even mentioned politics and religion, among a mixed group, angering some. Would not recommend at all. We would have been better off wandering around on our own.

  I did all the walks with them. Airport/hotel transfer, City tour Montevideo, Punta del Este and colonia di sacramento. Everything very punctual and organized. Our guides were Augustine, Gonzalo, Ricardo and Rafael. They were very patient and enriched our journey with details we would not learn on our own.   I hired 2 different companies, but Master was the best. The tour leads not only to the historic center, but also to the bull square, which makes the tour more complete. The guide Rovilson was spectacular. He is Brazilian educated in history and was very kind, explained with a wealth of details. We indicated an excellent restaurant with fair price. It is honest and does not try to pass the tourist in the places of interest as they do in most tourist places. The driver Rubens was also very good, drives responsibly and without distractions. Sacramento is wonderful, by far the best tour I have done in Uruguay and I would definitely repeat this tour with this team: master tourism, Rovildo and Rubens.

  The tour was wonderful, beautiful city and with a lot of history, the plus was the guide Rovilson who in addition to very friendly explained us in super important details and rich in details about the history of the place, which enriched our experience a lot. The driver Rubens was also very careful and requested throughout the ride, the van very comfortable, the day was warm and the air saved a lot of our journey. In summary, I recommend them to all, they are responsible, educated guides who understand the service they are offering.
