It would have been a great experience in good weather. However it rained. The windows frosted over and nothing to wipe them to see. Getting out at the icefield was cold and miserable in the rain. They need to either cancel in rain or have umbrellas or a cover so people can get off the bus.
No where near Banff!! Buyer beware!

This comes up on the Viator app as #2 in Banff. This non refundable experience is no where near Banff. You must travel about 2 hours to the location. We did not realize how far it was when we booked and did not have enough time to reach the location for our tour. Poof went our money! We have booked with Viator many times before and trusted them. Don’t be fooled like we were! Allowing people to same day book this tour is just a rip off.
I will prefer the glacier walk over this tour

We were at the ice field for just 30 mins , and were worried about being left behind . I wish they had given detailed information about this.

Everyone in my group was skeptical about this trip but after being there in person I would definitely recommend going. It’s an indescribable feeling standing on the glacier. The skywalk was not as scary as it looked as well. Very thrilled with our experience.

We came from Canmore-2.5 drive which was beautiful. The tour was very organized and well worth the trip. I wish we could have spent more time riding around the glaciers.
