Langkawi Sky Bridge

Langkawi Sky Bridge is a 125-metre (410 ft) curved pedestrian cable-stayed bridge in Malaysia, completed in 2005. The bridge deck is 660 metres (2,170 ft) above sea level at the peak of Gunung Mat Cincang on Pulau Langkawi, the main island of the Langkawi archipelago in Kedah. The Langkawi Sky Bridge can be reached by first taking the Langkawi Cable Car to the Top Station, where an inclined lift called SkyGlide takes visitors from the Top Station down to the bridge.

Eddie was an excellent host for our day in Langkawi. We enjoyed our day and all the fun sights. The cable car and sky bridge was our favorite stop.

We went on a boat ride in the mangroves and then went to see the Sky bridge. Our driver Eddie dropped us off at the Mangroves and picked us up afterwards, then dropped us off at the Sky bridge location. The boat ride was the best 2 hour part of this tour! Driving through the inland waters we saw some Macaques, eagles and bats in a cave. We were then taken out to the sea - Straits of Malacca, which was amazing! The Sky Bridge had several levels of viewing areas including a scary glass bottom area! Overall, a definite must see tour option.

We really enjoyed our time with our guide. We happened to be in town on a Muslim holiday so thankfully our guide planned ahead for us and was able to rearrange our day so we were able to enjoy everything on our agenda. The boat tour was the highlight of our day. It was absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend!

Our kind driver helped us make the most of this day despite the challenge of Ramadan closures. The mangrove tour was a lot of fun and a beautiful area to explore. The eagle feeding was an incredible thing to witness just watch out for very aggressive monkeys at the cave stop! The day would have been a little more enjoyable if we could have done the cable car and sky bridge first in the morning but it opened late our day due to the end of Ramadan. It made for a very hot afternoon.

Having a great moment in Langkawi. Tour guide really friendly and it make our trip much more enjoyable!!. Will definitely come back again for this trip with our friends!!
