When you arrive, you'll explore Melbourne with a local who can share the history of the city as well as point out things to do after your walking tour is done. Depot Adventures tour guides want to show you the real Melbourne – the city we know and love.

Your tour will stop for a coffee and conclude near the Old Melbourne Gaol, where you learn about Australia’s most infamous bush ranger. After your tour is finished, your guide will brings the group to a classic Australian pub where you can experience traditional Aussie food.

Hugo was amazing! What an informative and interactive history of Melbourne. All the colorful lane ways; library; arcade; “meeting under the clocks; lattes & long blacks; shot factory; Haighs Chocolates; and who could forget the beautiful Chloe 🥰. Absolutely a great way to see Melbourne.

We had an amazing time on our walking tour of Melbourne with Hugo! He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history, architecture, and hidden stories, but also genuinely funny and engaging throughout the tour. It’s clear that Hugo has years of experience—he has a natural way of bringing Melbourne to life with fascinating details and a great sense of humor. What really made the tour stand out was how personal and thoughtful Hugo was. He gave us tons of fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, cafes, and bars—many of which we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Alex was very personable. He took my wife and I on a wonderful walking experience throughout the city. He provided a number of additional activities and food recommendations to further enhance our time in Melbourne. I would definitely recommend taking this tour.

Information from the guide was good, however looking at the itinerary four stops were missed off, also we were the only ones on the tour and it would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to it, maybe have female tour guides?
