During this experience you will live the essence of Guatemalan cuisine in a unique environment. We will start with a welcome at Casa San Miguel and a brief introduction on the local ingredients and gastronomic culture of the country. Then, from our expert chef in traditional Guatemalan cuisine, you will learn to prepare typical dishes using fresh ingredients from the region. The menu includes Pepian or Jocon, rice soup, and tortillas or toast with guacamole. 5.00This class by far has to be the best cooking class I’ve ever taken. Chef Andres really explains everything step in such great detail. You will also learn the history of the food you will be making. I could not recommend this class anymore you will have the best time!
