5.00The cooking class was really great: everything we prepared was delicious, and honestly the best tagine enjoyed during our entire trip to Morocco! But it’s more than just a cooking class. Spending this time with Nour and his mother Nzaha in their family home makes the experience deeply human and enriching. We share, we exchange, we learn as much about Moroccan culture as about cooking. Entering a medina’s house gives a very special dimension to the experience: behind these walls, which seem so thick and mysterious, we discover warmth, generosity and a magical family life! Thank you again for this welcome and this wonderful moment of sharing ❤️

5.00Nour and her mother Nzaha are lovely hosts and our 1/2 day spent cooking, visiting and eating with them at their home was a delight. While Moroccan cooking isn’t necessarily complicated, we appreciated in this class learning more about the different cooking and baking techniques, all the varied spices and ingredients used for different purposes, and the way typical Moroccans prepare food and what they eat. The carrot salad we learned to make was a standout dish, but everything was delicious. Nour’s English is excellent too. We made and ate lots and lots of food in this class, so come hungry.

5.00What an extraordinarily special experience. As a chef, I make it a point to seek out cooking classes wherever I travel, and this one truly stands apart. The class is led by the exceptionally talented Nzaha, alongside her wonderful daughter Nour, who ensures everything runs seamlessly with her thoughtful coordination and translation. From the moment we were collected at our hotel, guided through the vibrant market, and welcomed into their beautifully renovated family riad, it was clear we were being received as guests rather than customers. We were made to feel genuinely part of the family. Throughout the afternoon, we prepared a stunning array of dishes, each accompanied by invaluable insights and techniques to elevate their flavors. Nzaha’s background in baking for events was evident in her exquisite selection of homemade cookies—each one flawless and truly deserving of accolades. Equally memorable were the gentle, meaningful conversations that wove through the experience, offering a glimpse into life in Morocco. It was an afternoon filled with warmth, generosity, and authenticity—one we will cherish for a long time.

5.00Looking for new inspirations for my catering service, I took the cooking class with Nour and his mom Nzaha. Both women are of incredible kindness and gentleness. I felt right now. I learned so much about Moroccan cuisine and culture. The course and very well organized and the dishes we prepared were just succulent..it was a real feast! The hours have passed too quickly in this warm and family atmosphere! I recommend 100%!

5.00Cooking with Nour and her mother was a truly unique and special experience. My daughter and I took this class and agreed it was one of the highlights of the trip. They welcomed us into their home and taught us some classic recipes. The food was delicious and Nour and her mom were so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this experience!

5.00We stayed in the beautiful Riad of Nzaha and her daughter Nour, we prepared a wonderful dinner together. Really nice and pleasant experience, exceptional guests and magnificent cooks! We felt the warmth of a beautiful family and the strength of two women who through work, confrontation with people and curiosity, seek emancipation in a country of a thousand facets! Experience not to be missed!

5.00My husband and I spent a wonderful 4 hours (plus extra hour due to a unexpected thunderstorm) with Nour and her Mum. We had mint tea and homemade cakes. We then cooked a full 3 course meal which we then shared. It's a great way to learn true moroccan recipes with a family's worth of experience. Everything was well explained and it was a real treat to spend time with Nour and her Mum. I can't recommend this experience enough if you're looking for a true experience of moroccan cooking.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing experience with Nezha and her family! She personally came to pick us up from where we were staying and guided us to her beautiful home — such a warm and thoughtful welcome. Communication was effortless from the start. Her daughter, Nour Houda, and the whole family welcomed us with refreshing mint tea and delicious Moroccan pastries. During the cooking class for our group of students, they paid incredible attention to everyone, making sure each person learned and felt included. They guided us step by step through preparing a variety of dishes, from starters to beef dishes and desserts, with patience and care. The home itself is stunning — full of charm, comfort, and authentic Moroccan vibes. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this experience with Nezha’s family. Don’t hesitate — it’s an unforgettable cultural and culinary journey that truly values every guest!
