More than a Cooking Class
Cooking Class includes:
- an intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, 3 course meal following the lesson including selected wines (Prosecco and Chianti), coffee, all food ingredients, taxes,
- visit to the cellars of the Ugo Bing Winery with tasting of the wines that will be served with lunch/dinner,
- than you will live a journey back in time to discover the underground Etruscan Granaries of 2500 years ago, a great surprise for adults and especially for kids.

A unique cooking experience our Chef (in English) will guide you in preparing famous and exquisite Tuscan dishes, you will discover the basic secrets of the Italian cuisine at the end of the cooking practice a meal will be served you will eat what you have prepared, total time, lunch or dinner included, about 4 hours.. The Class also includes the visit to the cellars of the Bing Winery and to the underground 500 BC Etruscan granaries.

5.00Epic. Wanted an authentic experience, which can be hard to find in tourist areas, or booking on these sites. This experience delivered. Met at an old estate, cooked in an old kitchen, with a local Italian lady, using old school tools & it was just us two w the broken english italian lady. Prepared and cooked on white honed marble, made pasta, meat, and dessert. Was fun and dinner in the garden overlooking Tuscany was beautiful!

5.00What a wonderful experience ! Cooking with Cucina Giuseppina was outstanding 🙌🙌… top class 🌟 and what a lovely way to spend the morning in Certaldo, Tuscany. Cooking, drinking, laughing and learning ! We highly recommend her cooking class.

5.00I traveled to Tuscany with a group of friends, and we took a class in Fiano, a small town. Giuditta was a great teacher, very friendly, and guided us through an incredible experience. We prepared a complete meal, including an appetizer, first and second courses, dessert, and we also had a wine tasting. We concluded the experience by dining in a green area with a beautiful sunset. It was a unique experience, perfect to enjoy with family or friends.

5.00We had a terrific time. Preparing the food was a marvelous experience, and it tasted great. The unexpected winery tour and tasting was excellent. The weather was nice, so we had appetizers outside and were able to watch a great sunset. Thanks chef! We are hoping to repeat the dinner at home sometime soon.
