First we start with A market tour while explaining all the ingredients for we head back to our place and start cooking the menu you choose giving you all the instructions and you start preparing while speaking of different things around having a meal together and a tea live show with Moroccan pastries served.

Chaimae’s cooking class was a once in a lifetime experience. Throughout the whole class Chaimae’s passion for food and your experience genuinely shone through. The tastes were amazing and the atmosphere so friendly and helpful. Chaimae was amazing and I very highly recommend that if you’re in Fes that you experience one her classes. Will definitely come back!

Samri was a great teacher and cultural liaison for her country. Commination with her was clear and always timely. The food we made was tasty and filling. She offers different options of cooking classes, so be sure to inquire with her about what's available. Not only does she offers cooking instruction, but she also offers other cultural experiences. Make sure to ask her about those too!

I had a solo class with Chimae and it was one of the highlights of my trip! She was so kind and happy to share with me all about Moroccan food and culture. She was kind enough to send the recipes to me after the fact so that I can make for my family in the future. She also took me to try different spices and fragrances at a local market. Lastly, the food was delicious!!!

We had a private cooking class with a lovely Moroccan lady in her home. It was a truly authentic experience and we could even see how local people live. We cooked a traditional Moroccan lunch/dinner (not the pastry class), but we were lucky to taste some sweets from the earlier group and they were absolutely delicious! The whole experience was wonderful. She welcomed us so warmly, explained everything in detail and put so much love and effort into it. After cooking, we also joined the spice tour. She took us there by taxi, showed us around and introduced us to different herbs and teas. we could smell, taste and learn about everything. She also helps you with anything you might need in Fès. She even organized a guide for us to visit the leather tanneries and much more. Overall, it was an excellent start to our stay in Fès. We would absolutely recommend doing this at the beginning of your Trip. it makes you feel more comfortable, welcomed and connected to the city. You’ll fall even more in love with Fès!

We had the pleasure of joining a cooking course with Chamae in Morocco, and it was an unforgettable experience. The class gave us the chance to truly dive into Moroccan cuisine. Chamae is not only highly knowledgeable, but also warm and welcoming. She explained each step with patience and passion, making it easy to follow along. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and at the same time we learned so much about the culture behind the food. Sitting down afterward to enjoy the meal we had prepared was the perfect ending to a wonderful day. We highly recommend this cooking course with Chamae to anyone who wants to experience authentic Moroccan hospitality and cuisine in the best way possible!

Chimae and her sisters were the kindest, most patient, wonderful teachers and helpers, making this experience fun, easy, and so enjoyable!! We made an entire traditional Moroccan meal and delighted in every bite of it! If you desire to learn how to cook Moroccan food, bread, or pastries, Bless Munatas is the best choice! In Fez, Morocco.

My wife and I have come to enjoy the cultural experiences that only come with being with locals and sharing a family meal. Chimae was incredibly hospitable, shared her knowledge of the Moroccan culture, and helped us prepare an incredible meal with our friends. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10!

This was my very first cooking class, as it was for several others in our group, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The warmth of her hospitality, combined with her deep experience and genuine passion for what she does, were the perfect ingredients for our group of ten to enjoy an unforgettable culinary journey. We left her home not only satisfied but also eager to learn even more about Moroccan cuisine and to return for another taste of her authentic flavors

I had the most wonderful time with Chaimea! She was incredibly open and welcoming. I was invited into her home, where I had the pleasure of meeting her family. We shared stories about our shared passion for food, and she taught me how to make a delicious beef tagine with prunes, along with two traditional Moroccan salads. After the cooking workshop she also showed me a local spice shop which was very nice☺️ Beforehand, we had already been in touch, and she was so helpful in supporting me with my solo travels in Fes. She even recommended a friend of hers for a day tour it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you so much, Chaimea ❤️

We took a class with Bliss Munatas at a home in Fes. We asked specifically to make a bread and a pastry. She was very hands on and very instructive. Both dishes came out great and were very tasty. She was very accommodating in getting us to class and arranging a time that worked for us. She even called us a taxi after and recommended several local restaurants. We tried one and it was the best meal we’ve had in country. Highly recommend.
