We will do the fire outside the cave between the mountain under the sky and the stars. We do the tea and then we start to do the dinner together. If you like to know how we cook Bedouin food, we will sit and explain how we cook before and now and what kind of food we can do. After the food gets ready, you will enjoy the warm and healthy food made in front of your eyes. After we can have more tea under the sky looking at the world stars and the moon with the mountain.

The food was really good and Hesham and Fiona were great hosts. The dinner site was right along the road. It ended up being windy and a little rainy on the night I had the dinner, so we didn’t stay out as long as anticipated, but Hesham and Fiona invited me to their house for tea and snacks to make up for it.

This is literally one of the most PERFECT experiences we had in our Jordan visit. Despite booking just the night before, Ali had everything ready and set. We opted out of the pick up and drop off option as we had a rental with us, but the location was easy to find and was very close to Petra— and Ali was waiting for us there before we arrived. The set up was beautiful, alas not as well lit as the pictures, but it was an authentic Arab set up with an amazing backdrop view. We were served the best bedouin tea in existence. Then Mohammed walked us through the cooking process. Everything looked clean, smelled delicious, and was extremely professional. While waiting for the food to cook, Mohammed also surprised us by playing Bedouin songs on his Oud. He is extremely talented, and it made the night beyond perfect. We absolutely did not want to leave at the end of the day, despite the freezing cold of the mountains. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience. Worth every penny.

Absolutely wonderful evening between Little Petra rocks! Our cooking experience was excellently managed from pickup to drop off. Our guide, Jimmy, was a great guide and company, incredibly hospitable and kind, and we learnt a lot from him. He is a true wealth of knowledge about the living in the region of Petra and Jordan as a whole. I loved his wise words, so deep under stars! He made our evening experience personalized. The food he prepared for us was really delicious, and we enjoyed it so much! He also arranged our return to Amman next day, providng us a perfect driver. Jimmy is highly reliable and ever-ready to help. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone! Thank you so much!
