5.00We had some SERIOUS reservations about going on a 3-hour bike tour when it was raining heavily and didn't look like it was going to stop (although there were signs it might get lighter). However, we decided to give it a try and had an incredible and personalized tour with our guide, Mood. Mood was warm, very knowledgeable, and improvised the tour to ensure we had more covered stops where we could talk and learn about Copenhagen without fighting the rain. Mood had learned our son was studying design and interior architecture and made a special point of highlighting that element of Copenhagen's history and current experience. We loved seeing the city by bike and felt safe (drivers and pedestrians were all so considerate) even as we navigated the weather. We highly recommend this tour as an orientation at the outset of a visit or to get a better appreciation for Copenhagen.

2.00My granddaughter’s bike’s pedal broke in the middle of our private 3 hour tour, we all had to walk back to the bike shop, our tour guide didn’t attempt to fix the bike. No apology from the manager either We had to end the tour half way
