  The tour was well organized and has very friendly , knowledgeable staff. I'm not a swimmer but our guides were very patient and gave great instructions. The snorkeling portion ,hanging with sharks and stingray and feeding tarpons made it such a fun filled day! One of the best snorkeling experience I had. Would definitely highly recommend!

  Definitely a fun and relaxing day on the water and at a fair price. We had approximately 45 minutes in the water at the first stop on the reef, saw lots of fish close up. And then another 15 minutes in the water with the stingray stop. Remainder of the time was coming and going and also a nice lunch break on Caye Caulker ( bring money for lunch). The crew was professional and informative. The snorkel equipment was basic, but acceptable. The promised fruit snack was one small slice of pineapple. I can't give it five stars because the pickup time was over an hour late and the pickup location was rather unclear when I booked through Viatour.

  We had a great time! Swam in the coral reef, swimming with sharks & stingrays and ended with lunch at Caye Caulker and feeding the tarpin fish. The crew were awesome!

  Absolutely unforgettable snorkeling experience in Belize! Our guides and Captain Mark were phenomenal — kind, respectful, incredibly organized, and clearly passionate about what they do. From the moment we started, they made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while still keeping the adventure exciting and authentic. We snorkeled the breathtaking Belize Barrier Reef and swam with over 50 nurse sharks and tons of stingray. If that wasn’t enough the guides kept adding extra adventure moments throughout the day — including hand-feeding tarpon. They struck the perfect balance between safety and spontaneity, creating a truly Belizean experience that felt both well-run and adventurous. You could tell they genuinely cared about making it special for everyone in the group. They also keep the tours small enough that you feel less like a tourist and more like one of the locals! If you’re looking for a snorkeling tour that’s full of unforgettable moments, this is it. Highly recommend — THE highlight of our trip! 🌊🦈

  

  

  

• Best Snorkeling Excursion I've Booked.

  For me, it was as advertised, and the experience was the best of my snorkeling excursions I've taken over the years. It was the only one that met my expectations. And it did that while up against the worst weather conditions. The one of three drawbacks was the excursion had 30 of us grouped pretty tightly together in the water. Another was just getting through the crowds and confusion at the port terminal. It was wet, overcast, and cool which made the wait seem longer than it was. The 3rd drawback was how much time was spent on the water. Belize City is a shallow draft port, so cruise ships anchor in the deeper water, which means 20+ minutes in a tender plus another 40+ minutes in the excursion boat to the reef near Caye Caulker. Knowing those things, would I do it again? If I were on a cruise that made Belize City a port of call, absolutely, but I'd check the weather report.

  This was definitely a must do and we will definitely be doing it again in April. The guides were great and super helpful to those that were in need of extra assistance and very knowledgeable. I never thought I’d be getting in the water with sharks but it was amazing!

  This was our favorite experience on our entire trip! The guides were very helpful. I have some disabilities following a bad car accident, and this was my first snorkel since then. Every part of the tour was a challenge for me, physically, but the guide team helped me through every step. One important bit of information: This site lists tours at 7, 8, and 9, but all tours leave at 9 am. Most of their customers are cruise ship passengers, so the boat doesn't leave until 9 am. Tour is 5 hours, as advertised. You will return to port around 2 pm. This fits well if you are a cruise ship passenger. If you are leaving by air that afternoon, please let the company know. They can help you figure out logistics.

  Interacted with nurse sharks and stingrays and snorkeled along the reef. Viewed various fish, coral, and and an eel, friendly and helpful guides and crew.

  We never got to enjoy this tour. When we arrived at the port, the Ship announced that the Port Authorities were canceling tours to the Coral Garden Shark due to weather. We tried immediately to contact the local operator; however, no one answered. We called Viator directly; however, due to poor cell service, the calls dropped several times. We received an email stating that the tour was not cancelled. Unfortunately, we could not find them. This was a tricky port because you had to be tendered from the cruise ship to the port via ferry. After an exhausting search for the tour operator, we gave up. Viator did give us a refund.

  Had a great experience. Saw many sting rays, nurse sharks, and even a moray eel and lion fish. Feeding the tarpons was so fun and Stacy was a great guide. A little crowded but highly recommend
