  We had a wonderful private walk (only my family of 4!) with Manuel on this amazing property. The owners of the property met with us and we had a lovely chat, and one of them came along on the hike and was fantastic at spotting wildlife! We ended up seeing a viper (up close!) and a few other animals and insects. It's always a surprise what to see on these hikes. We would have loved to see more, but you can't control those things. The small group was a huge benefit as we could be silent. Manuel was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

  The whole crew was phenomenal! The tour guide was assisted by the owner of the company and his granddaughter who were able to show us many animals, insects, birds and all sorts of incredible wildlife. Definitely worth the money. Our family will definitely do this tour again to see everything when we come back

• They only come out at night!

  We did a night tour in Rio Celeste and it was one of the most amazing things we've ever done. We arrived just after a rain storm, so all the creatures came out when the sun went down. It was amazing to see how alive the rain forest becomes after the sun sets. Our guide Ronald was absolutely incredible! He could spot things 5 meters away the size of a dime! Of the 26 species of frogs in Costa Rica, we saw 16! (One shy of his personal record). There were also spiders, snakes, sloths and vegetation unique to Costa Rica. Even if you're squeamish, I would highly recommend doing this. It's something you won't experience anywhere else.

  An excellent family run business offering the opportunity to see Costa Rican wildlife at night. Our guide was excellent and extremely knowledgable about the wildlife and nature. We saw a vast range of wildlife from a tarantula, a scorpion, frogs, crickets, toucans, beetles etc. The tour was scheduled for 2 hours but the guide let us stay out longer, which was greatly appreciated. A lovely touch upon finish as we recieved a traditional warm sugar cane drink and a sweet treat. Highly recommend!

  This was a lot of fun with a great guide who knew how to find so many animals and insects. We saw various frogs, insects, tarantulas, a scorpion a viper and of course a family of coatis.   A brilliant walk with our very knowledgeable guide Hairo. You could tell he was very passionate about what he did and really worked hard to find animals for us to see. We saw a tarantula, a possum, and olingo as well as various birds and insects. At $20 each this was an absolute bargain and one of the best value for money trips we did. Thanks again Hairo.
