  The ride itself, the drop off at the hotel were both top notch. The only reason I could not give five stars was the driver had the wrong name on his greating sign. Someone else, actually a few other people asked to see my confirmation. Afterwhich he found drive, they had a conversation in Spanish and found my name. So to my surprise this " help" is unrelated to the driver or the company. It was simply to get tips, I think it was a big hustle and was not found of it. Then agin it could have a simple mistake. Be careful!

  Driver was on time, easy to find, and had a quick and safe trip. The whole process was so easy which is why I wanted this service. I just got off the plane and got where I needed to be. Ariel was so nice and professional.

  Our driver Pedro was great. Outside the airport he had a sign with my name for easy idetification. He graciously helped take our luggage from the airport exit to the parking lot area where the vehicle was located. During the ride he was a pleasure to speak with and provided info on plenty of things to see and do during our stay in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

  Our driver was waiting outside, had cold waters in the van for us and provided us with lots of information about Costa Rica on our drive to the resort
