Great itinerary, but consistently late guide

2.0The itinerary stops and hike were great! The driver did an amazing job navigating the challenging roads. Breakfast and lunch spots were inexpensive and delicious. I am giving 2 stars because during the tour we were consistently told incorrect meeting times, leading to lots of rushing only to wait around for the guide. For example, our hotel pickup time was 7:15am and the guide arrived at 7:50am. At the first stop, the guide instructed us to be back at the bus in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later and the guide was still busy talking with her friends in the restaurant while the group waited for her. I felt like this all could be avoided if we were given the real meeting times. Our bus battery also died after lunch and they did not have jumper cables so we had to wait for a park ranger to come. It wasn’t a long wait but during this time, the guide did not provide any updates until several passengers asked what was going on. I also did not appreciate wasting time making a dancing video. It was pretty clear that the group wasn’t enjoying this, but yet we still spent time doing it.

1.0Not a pleasant experience. No water by Viator provided though advertised. No support for hiking. We saw other companies providing hiking/walking sticks. Not prepared for the horrible roads and altitude. Basic explanation.
