Once you have your booking confirmed and arrive to Roatan in any of the ports, if you come by coxen hole port you will need to walk outside for about 5 minutes, coming out of gate 1, then right by the main road you will look for our sign to meet us there. the sign is ROATAN TRANSPORT When you are coming by the mahogany bay port you will need to walk outside the port for about 15 minutes, you will see us there with our ROATAN TRANSPORT sign. Once we meet and confirm the booking we will take you to where our buses/vans will be ready, clean and a/c working. We may wait a few minutes before leaving to the beach. You will board your share transportation that will take you directly to West bay beach, free entry. West bay is the most beautiful beach we have on the island and perfect to sit around and also do some activities there, like snorkeling, etc. when we drop you off at the beach we will confirm the time you want to be picked up to go back to port, it will always be at least two hours before your boarding time. Later that day we will be ready waiting for you at the same place we drop you off to bring you back to port. On the way back we will be able to bring you inside the port so no walking will be needed.

5.00Maikol was amazing and super accommodating to our group. He not only arranged us transportation but also navigated a few different Beach Club options. We had a large group of 25 with multiple families and the experience was flawless. Definitely recommend!

5.00Maikol was absolutely outstanding and made our day in Roatán stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. What stood out immediately was his incredible attention to detail—his directions on how to find him after getting off the ship were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, which made a huge difference in a busy port. He was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, which gave me peace of mind throughout the day. When I got concerned about the weather and decided last minute to change our plans from snorkeling to visiting Gumbalimba Park, he didn’t hesitate at all—he was flexible, accommodating, and completely supportive of the change. Even more impressive, when I asked if we could be picked up earlier due to the weather, he stayed in close contact and came as quickly as possible. That level of reliability and customer care is so appreciated, especially when traveling with family. I highly recommend Maikol to anyone visiting Roatán—he truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience!

5.00Maikol (Michael) from Roatan Transport took our large group in his 15 passenger van, which was very clean. We went to a west bay. He brought us to a coffee shop, which was excellent! He had great commentary and was very prompt and professional

5.00This was a great experience all around. We traveled via cruise ship with two little kids. Roatan Transport made us feel super safe, and taken care of. Ronny and Mikel were both very friendly and professional! I highly recommend using them for a stress free transport in Roatan!

5.00Michael was an excellent host and driver and got me quickly from the very busy port exit over to the beautiful West Bay beach. He was communicative beforehand, telling me where to meet, was on time at the port and waiting for me when it was time to depart back to the port. I highly recommend him and Roatan Transport.

5.00Maikol from Roatan Transport was phenomenal! He only had a few reviews but I’m so glad we took the chance. I contacted him a few days before our cruise ship docked to make sure we had transport to West Beach. He quickly contacted me and we connected on WhatsApp. The day before we arrived, I confirmed arrival time and met outside the cruise terminal. It’s a little (a lot) chaotic getting out of the cruise terminal but being able to reach Maikol directly (and not a 3rd party vendor) proved to be a great choice!! We walked a few mins and we met up by sharing our locations. He was a friendly and courteous driver and we got to our location in no time. He got us back right on time considering there’s always traffic leading to the terminal. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and he’s highly recommended to others. The price was excellent for the fast and efficient service. Thanks, Maikol!
