Once you have your booking confirmed and arrive to Roatan in any of the ports, if you come by coxen hole port you will need to walk outside for about 5 minutes, coming out of gate 1, then right by the main road you will look for our sign to meet us there. the sign is ROATAN TRANSPORT When you are coming by the mahogany bay port you will need to walk outside the port for about 15 minutes, you will see us there with our ROATAN TRANSPORT sign. Once we meet and confirm the booking we will take you to where our buses/vans will be ready, clean and a/c working. We may wait a few minutes before leaving to the beach. You will board your share transportation that will take you directly to West bay beach, free entry. West bay is the most beautiful beach we have on the island and perfect to sit around and also do some activities there, like snorkeling, etc. when we drop you off at the beach we will confirm the time you want to be picked up to go back to port, it will always be at least two hours before your boarding time. Later that day we will be ready waiting for you at the same place we drop you off to bring you back to port. On the way back we will be able to bring you inside the port so no walking will be needed.

5.00Maikol was a very nice bloke who offered the best advice on where to locate yourself on West Bay Beach. We had a great time talking to him on the way to and from our cruise ship. He even escorted us down to the beach from the road to make sure we knew where to go. Maikol preferred to let him know on arrival in his time (Roatan time) as compared to (Ship time) or refer to what time you are talking in when arranging to be picked up. Overall a great experience, he also recommended being picked up 2 hours before boarding time due to the traffic back to port on the island which was a great shout as there was a little bit coming back.
Scam don't do the upgraded beach!

1.00It is a scam! Takes you to a beach that costs 23.00 for a seat on the beach! No restraunts bc for hotel guests only, snack bar closed! No where to eat or drink spent 1 hour had to return need some water and lunch. It is only a taxi!

5.00Maikol was awesome. We had our 2 year old with us and he was the only tour operator we contacted that had a car seat for her. HOWEVER, where he really went above and beyond was by watching the cruise ship arrival times. He noticed that we were arriving earlier than we had told him. Our party that we cruised with had no idea that the ship's time was different than the islands time! When they said arrive at 8, we thought that meant 8 o'clock Roatan time. We were surprised when we got off the boat and our phones switched from 8:30 to 7:30. We contacted Maikol, and he was there to grab us an hour earlier than we had originally planned. With so little time at each port, that extra hour was valuable. He told us about some of the history of the island on the way to and from our day pass. We paid just for transportation and felt like we got a quick driving tour, it was great! To top it all off his car was clean and the transportation was private. For the price, he absolutely can not be beat and we will be booking through him and telling all of our family and friends that visit Roatan to go through him.

5.00Maikol was very responsive before our arrival with any questions we had. He was on time for arrival and departure, was an alert, safe driver getting us to West Bay Beach safely. A very kind man that I would recommend without hesitation if visiting Roatan.

5.00Maikol was amazing and super accommodating to our group. He not only arranged us transportation but also navigated a few different Beach Club options. We had a large group of 25 with multiple families and the experience was flawless. Definitely recommend!

5.00Maikol was absolutely outstanding and made our day in Roatán stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. What stood out immediately was his incredible attention to detail—his directions on how to find him after getting off the ship were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, which made a huge difference in a busy port. He was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, which gave me peace of mind throughout the day. When I got concerned about the weather and decided last minute to change our plans from snorkeling to visiting Gumbalimba Park, he didn’t hesitate at all—he was flexible, accommodating, and completely supportive of the change. Even more impressive, when I asked if we could be picked up earlier due to the weather, he stayed in close contact and came as quickly as possible. That level of reliability and customer care is so appreciated, especially when traveling with family. I highly recommend Maikol to anyone visiting Roatán—he truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience!

5.00Maikol (Michael) from Roatan Transport took our large group in his 15 passenger van, which was very clean. We went to a west bay. He brought us to a coffee shop, which was excellent! He had great commentary and was very prompt and professional
