In the event of a delayed arrival for the shared transfer, we will wait as long as possible for your arrival. However, if other travelers cannot wait, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and you will need to make your own arrangements to meet the nearest meeting point as directed by the driver.

Upon pickup from the Port Klang by your driver guide, you’ll take a 1-hour scenic drive on a comfortable shared or private (as per booking option) vehicle by to Klan valley First visit to the Batu Cave Hindu Temple, Admire the spectacular golden statue of Lord Murugan before climbing up to the high cavern housing a Hindu shrine with various colorful statues.(This will be drivers/guide choice whether first visit to Batucaves or Kuala Lumpur city center as per on the day traffic and cruise arrival schedule)

5.00Zulu was a great tour guide. He used the hour from the port to Batu Caves informing us about the caves and about Malaysia. We were able to see all of the tour sites listed plus lunch. The tour size was just right at 10 guests. Two places I saw that I would want to go the textile museum and the Islamic Art museum. I would add the eco park where trails and monkeys looked lovely.

5.00Wonderful almost private tour, only 4 of us in the van with Harry our guide. He was so friendly and patient. We never felt rushed at any of the stops. This tour covered a number of highlights and included a delicious lunch.

2.00We booked a small group sharing tour that was supposed to have a maximum of 15 in the group. Instead we were combined with other groups on a large bus. We received an email a week ahead of our tour that our tour would leave at 8 am. We arrived on time, as did about 10 others. But we were forced to wait an hour for other groups to arrive to fill the bus. None of us who arrived on time and were expecting a small group or private tour were happy. We went to the first 3 stops on the itinerary and then stopped for lunch. The tour guide said we would return to the port right after lunch and when I complained that we had seen less than half of the stops on the itinerary I purchased he had no idea what was on the itinerary. I had a copy of it with me and he said there wasn't time to make the stops so we could drive by a couple places to take a photo. We certainly didn't get the tour we paid for. Beware of booking this tour.

5.00The communication before the tour was excellent, the driver was kind and helpful. We did all the proposed itinerary and the driver had good information. I have two small recommendations, make sure that the car is equipped with phone charger, and the driver gets a little more information to share with travelers about the places visited.

5.00Fantastic Viator experience in Kuala Lumpur. Our Driver was called Kumar and he did an amazing job. His skilled and safe driving got us to all the main sights in a well organised fashion. He also gave us very valuable information throughout the visit and got us back to the Cruise Port at our requested time. What a wonderful city KL is, two couples had a memorable day. You get a 10 / 10 from us.
