Cu Chi Tunnels
We’ll pick you up at your Ho Chi Minh City hotel in the early morning, and you’ll travel with your English-speaking guide to the Cu Chi tunnels. The drive is around 60 km. At Cu Chi, you’ll be shown a documentary film about the tunnels and learn how the locals made bamboo traps, rice paper, and rice wine. You’ll then have the opportunity to explore the web of underground tunnels dug by Vietnamese resistance fighters.
My Tho
After exploring the tunnels, we’ll drive to My Tho. This is one of the provinces that comprise the Mekong Delta area. We’ll cruise by boat along the upper Mekong through a region with islands named after 4 animals that appear in Buddhist writings – Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle. On this part of the tour, you’ll observe some of the activities of regional Vietnamese daily life and appreciate how life here depends on the River. We’ll then take you on a trip by rowboat along the small waterways. You’ll see the agricultural richness of the delta region in its fruit orchards, coconut groves, and bee-keeping farms. We’ll stop so you can enjoy honey tea, seasonal fruit, fresh coconut candy, and southern Vietnamese folk music. At the end of our tour, we’ll drive back to Ho Chi Minh City and drop you off at your hotel at around 18:00.

5.00Amazing Mekong Delta & Cu Chi Tunnel Tour We had a wonderful experience on the Mekong Delta and Tunnel Tour. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the day was both interesting and relaxing. Our guide was excellent – very friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to the group. He explained the history and local culture in a clear and engaging way and made sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. The Mekong Delta was beautiful, with peaceful boat rides, lush scenery, and a great insight into local life. The visit to the tunnels was fascinating and very informative, giving us a real understanding of the history and challenges of the past. Overall, this tour was a perfect combination of nature, history, and culture. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area – and especially with such a great guide!

5.00The Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta tour was a great experience. Make sure to come hungry because the food provided as part of the tour is very filling and there’s a lot of opportunity to buy other delicious snacks. Emily was a wonderful guide! She’s very knowledgeable and funny, if you have her as your guide you’re in for a lovely day :)

5.00Tour Guide Kevin took us on a long tour that felt short and Brezel. Right in the beginning he talked us through Vietnams history and made it informative & interactive. In the Cu Chi tunnels he Guided us through in a manner that seemed brisk, Compact and I was happy that we didn‘t spend any unnecessary time there. We then headed to the Mekong Delta, I felt like he prepped us with all we needed to know and it was nice to see him interact with the local workshops and families. All in all its a fully packed tour which will leave you well-nourished, fully packed with Information and with a good sense of todays Vietnam. We especially liked his dry humour 😍

5.00Emily was our guide and she speaks perfect English and gives you so much information about the tunnels and about what we did on dragon island.It is a long day. However, it's worth every minute. I Must say going into the tunnels is a little rough on your body If you're 70, but you still can do it. After the CuChi complex, you have a true appreciation for the Vietnamese ingenuity and hard work
