- We recommend starting early.
- The Cu Chi Tunnels attract visitors daily, becoming particularly congested on weekends and Vietnamese holidays. It's not uncommon to find long lines at every stop, making for a packed experience on any given day.
- A half-day usually suffices. Aim to reach the tunnels either before 8:30 AM or around 2:30 PM. By this time, the morning queues have dwindled, and the afternoon temperature is more pleasant.

8:00: We will pick you up at your hotel to start the Cu Chi Tunnels Half-Day Tour. We arrive in Cu Chi Tunnels (Ben Dinh or Ben Duoc). Then we will watch a propaganda film a wartime propaganda film showing how local guerilla fighters were “American Killing Heroes” (a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed). We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels in Cu Chi. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500-pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. Also, you can try real gun shooting for extra (only for over 18 year-olds). At 02.30 pm – 03.00 pm, we arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and finish Cu Chi Tunnels Half-Day Tour.

2.00The tour itself was very good and quite informative. However the tour guide was very difficult, he was not a fan of westerners and mocked and criticised us of not knowing enough about Vietnam. Maybe he was having a bad day but we noticed. He talked ill of us in front of other Vietnamese people at the tunnels not realising we knew what he was saying.

5.00This was an absolute must do tour. We were so lucky to have Jen and Lucky as our guide and driver, and Jen was incredibly knowledgeable about everything. She was patient and kind, and would recommend her and this day trip to everyone. The places we visited were fantastic too!

5.00We had a fantastic time on this tour with Bunny. First of it we went with the vip luxury van for just the 7 of us. Since it was a private tour it was just us and we went to less tourist locations. We felt we had the whole Cu Chi tunnels to ourselves. Bunny was a great communicator and knowledgable. She throughly went through the history while making it entertaining.

5.00Fabulous tour, Bunny was very knowledgeable and a great guide. Highly recommend, exploring the tunnels if you dare. The shooting experience is an eye opener for anyone who has not shot a firearm before.
