  The Blue Lagoon, cultural village and waterfalls are all worth seeing and experiencing. Our bus driver Steven was excellent, he provided lots of interesting info about Vanuatu and very generously shared stories from his life. Recommended!

  We booked the tour while in port from a cruise. There was good & bad, but some important things we'd like to share... •Was NOT a small group. Many of us were packed on a bus •We did not stop at Eden. Were looking forward to waterfall views, the tour skipped it, instead opting for another 30 min at Blue Lagoon (but didnt even ask us!). •No stop at Duty Free. The duty free is a very large shop. The tour operator merely pointed it out. Its a long walk from the tender port. Instead, we were dropped off to shop at a market with cheap trinkets, none of which we had an inkling to purchase. •We did not have an opportunity to try Cava •Cultural Experience very interesting, but groups are shuttle in throughout, so we did not get to see the entire presentation. •Blue Lagoon beautiful. Bring water shoes.

  Vincent was a great guide, patient and kind. Very knowledgeable. This was a memorable experience that all of us enjoyed.

  Amazing experience! Vincent, our tour guide was super friendly and took a lot of the time explaining the history and interesting facts about Vanuatu. Everything was great and we are very thankful for the time spent on this tour.

• From Tribal Traditions to Tropical Rivers – An Unforgettable Day

  Our driver was prompt with picking us up and taking us for the start of our amazing day. The cultural village was amazing and we learned a lot about tribal life. This tribe was not from Efate island, but from Futuna Island - but that didn’t matter, what he had to teach was still important. The fire walking was intense, how they don’t hurt themselves I still can’t figure it out. Afterwards we went to the Blue Lagoon for a swim - such a beautiful place. The water so clear at times I thought I could touch the bottom. Lastly was Eden on the river. This is where we had an amazing BBQ lunch wish some great salads. We decided not to swim here, we went for a walk down the river instead. Such a beautiful spot on the river.

  Great cultural experience tour and a good way to see the island. Of course the performances are for tourists but hey, that’s what these things are. Swimming in the lagoon was the highlight.

  Beautiful island tour. Such a great wayvto get an overview of the spectacular nature of the island. Tour guide was friendly amd welcoming. Food was great and the scenery was beautiful! Definitely recommended!

• Our bus was used for another purpose

  Generally the he excursion was good, especially the Vanuatu village and blue lagoon. However, the excursion got off to a rocky start. They took us to a market/store (for duty free) for a 20 minute stop (there were no souvenirs). They said we could leave our bag in the mini-bus. When we came out, our bus was not there and was told it was being use to pick up other people. And would be back shortly. It came back 40 minutes later a full hour. First, our bus should not have been used for another purpose, especially with our stuff in it. We could not do anything during those 40 minutes as we were told the bus would be right back.

  When we first arrived the tour operator tried to over crowd a mini van. On both groups refusing the travel arrangements we were taken to another van that this time had an extra seat and we were squashed in as tight as we could with no aircon and had to rely on windows and movement to get air into the cramped cabin. Was a horrible experience travel wise. The lunch is a VERY light lunch we were all still hungry after the lunch that was put on at blue lagoon. No water was offered throughout the trip. I would not recommend booking a tour through this operation based on our experience. The other group that we were travelling with felt the same as we did. We did another tour the following day with Vila Hope and it was like chalk and cheese. Completely different experience and only wish we went through them on the first day.

  This was advertised as a guided tour but there is no guide, only an uncommunicative bus driver. The places we were taken to were well worth seeing but we were not told anything about the locations and not told of the arrangements for lunch. Yumi Tours had numerous tours to various activities and the driver dropped us off and left us to pick up other customers. At our last stop we were left waiting for about 30 minutes after all other tourists had left and we were very concerned we’d miss the cruise ship departure.
