1.00Do not book this tour unreliable. The guide never showed and we did not receive a refund. I messaged the tour operator when we couldn't find him and never answered. I tried calling, also the port authority person tried calling and no answer. Viator refuses to give me my money back

5.00Our tour guide Glen was kindhearted, well informed, and incredibly professional. My husband and I instantly felt comfortable and at ease with him. He was very timely, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the Hato Caves and Beach Tour. Glen’s knowledge of Willemstad was refreshing and engaging, and he took the time to answer the many questions we had along the way. His insights made us feel as though we were part of the city rather than just visitors. The tour was well organized, enjoyable, and absolutely great value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and are extremely happy we got Glen for this experience. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends who plan on visiting later in the year.

4.00The overall tour was nice and highlighted by the trip to the caves. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. My only gripe with the tour is the beach that we went to was very crowded and they charged for EVERYTHING. And when I say everything I mean it. From the shower to wipe the sand off your feet (coin operated shower head) to the toilet paper for the bathroom. I found that to be very tacky considering what we paid for the tour. I suggest working out a deal with the owners at the beach to include a wrist band and some basic amenities.

5.00Great places with lovely & caring people. The most remarcable was the attention of Rossana, who made my Christmas wish come possible, stopping at a place to get a special handcraft for my granddaughter, waiting there for me while bus left & then came back to ta pick us up… She come back an hour later to the cruise port, to deliver the pillow I forgot in the bus. Big thanks to Rossana & best wishes for her!🙏🤩

5.00First time in Curasao and took the tour with Aida travel service and had an amazing time the vibe was amazing. Totally recommend. The tour was perfect had enough time in every stop to take amazing pictures.

3.00Although it was interesting to see the caves it was a bit of a disappointment to be honest. Driver was fine and very knowledgeable and helpful just the trip bit short and disappointing for the money sorry

5.00Joelle was a pleasure to have as a guide, interactive, engaging and knowledgeable. The Hato Cave is so unique and interesting, lots of stairs to climb. Daaibooi beach is beautiful, white sand, but beach shoes are a good idea. The waters bottom is rocky and has a lot of coral debris. There were many snorkeling and even a couple divers there. Beautiful turquoise water. Nice bus for transportation.

1.00We were booked for Nov 14 @ 9AM. We was in communication with the supplier in regard to pick up information. Pick up was offered for Nov 15 but I wasn’t able to change the date so i decided to stay with Nov 14. For them to write me the night before (the 13th) and tell me 9AM is not available and I have to do 2PM. I explained to them I can’t and paid for 9AM. Never received a reply .. A whole day planned went to waste.
