  Wonderful and varied one-day experience! Huge thanks to our amazing guide who was very knowledgeable and patient with our group. The BBQ was great as well. We were supposed to snorkel at St. Pierre, but due to sea conditions our guide responsibly decided on an alternative location, which was appreciated.

  We made the half-day tour to Curieuse. They were dropped off at the beach and had to wait 45 minutes until it started. To get to the turtles and the pick-up site, everyone had to cross the island, whether they wanted to or could. With the turtles we had 10 minutes to look around. Then we went snorkelling by boat a few meters further. ( St.Pierre could not be approached due to weather conditions). After 15 minutes we went back to Praslin. A not recommended tour.

  Well, if you have not encountered the giant tortoises this is it! Absolutely unreal experience. This tour delivers you to Curieuse Island fantastic beach Anse Jose with a small museum telling you the story of the leprosy colony that used to be there and then you walk across the island on the trail and meet the giants. Lovely creole BBQ included before its time to leave for the snorkelling which is not spectacular due to El Nino. Staff was two different sides if the coin where Jose/Jousy the chef was an exceptional excellent guide and chef whilst the captain, Benoit, was not too interested in his guests and he really has a lot of work to do with his "people skills"

  The experience was really interesting, the island is small but nature is the master. Turtles are beautiful. The guys who accompanied us were very good and very kind. The rich and excellent lunch. I recommend it.

• An excellent tour for a perfect day in the Seychelles

  Simply said, at the end of the day this tour with the highlight visit to Curieuse made that Saturday a "perfect day". The price was right, the group small, the tour staff awesome, the itinerary a balanced mix. We were staying near the ferry terminal so a walk-up check-in along the main road was very easy. Curieuse was neat to see. Take your time at the beach, read displays at the "museum", and then start a casual walk to the other end of the island. There will be a fantastic BBQ lunch waiting for you after the numerous tortoise photos you're going to be taking! Snorkeling was amazing. Superb. I've snorkeled some world renowned locations and the guide's locations here in the Seychelles were very very enjoyable. No problem borrowing gear, included, which we appreciated due to leaving our own gear back home. Completely impressed and an activity we talked about for days after our trip.

  Curieuse Island is great. There is a one hour trek over to the giant tortoises. Lunch was brilliant. Snorkling 6/10, reef is more or less destroyed by El Nino.

  Excellent day, in a small group, we visited the island and its mangrove, getting acquainted with the turtles in the wild. Nice beach and authentic meal. It is imperative to take protection against mosquitoes, which in this month of January were very numerous. The majority of the group had not thought about it. On the way back to the sunshine.   This outing was the highlight of our trip. The captain and co-captain were amazing! They knew a lot about the islands and had funny stories to share along the way. The timing was perfect -- we had just enough time in each place and the lunch was really good.

  A wonderful trip, a knowledgable tour guide on the island who gave you loads of information about the tortoises, the history, the animals superb. Then came lunch having read reviews expecting disappointment, it was superb, lovely cooked fish, chicken and sausages, rice, salads, shrimps and creole sauce it was excellent. Fruit to finish. 2 nice snorkelling stops for the afternoon. A great trip and good value, our guide Mario was informative and attentive.
