This tour is designed for the first time traveler to the beautiful island of Roatan. It includes pick-up from your cruise ship port, airport, or hotel room, as well as a narrated tour of the west side of the island, where you'll find popular attractions. Typical itinerary includes: Mahogany Bay, French Harbor, West End, West Bay, Tabyana Beach, Butterfly Gardens, Gumbalimba Monkey Park, Iguana Farm, Carambola Botanical Garden, Anthony's Keys Resort (entrance fee to activities not included).

From the very beginning, Joel went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. He was not only knowledgeable about the island, its culture, and history, but he shared everything in a way that felt personal, engaging, and genuine. It never felt like a scripted tour—more like exploring Roatan with a friend who truly loves where he lives. Joel’s energy, professionalism, and attention to detail set him apart. 5.00We had the best tour guide with Dolphus Stanley. He was very attentive and very informative. We saw so many things that showed how the real Roatan people live. He took pictures with and for us and waited around at each place until we were ready to leave. 10/10 for him!

5.00This DIY customizable tour is great for those who want to have full discretion on how they want to spend their time in Roatan. Our guide gave us information as we drove around and provided a nice experience. We mentioned what we wanted to do and our guide took us to all the spots as requested. The car provided had working AC.

5.00This was our first time booking outside of the cruise excursions and we were so impressed! Our driver for the day was JJ we couldn't have asked for a better fit for our sassy group! JJ took us to a newer animal sanctuary, and this was one of our favorite spots. Fed the monkeys, saw their rescued animals, almost store a baby deer and the SLOTHS!!! The baby sloth was active and so freaking precious! We went to a couple look out spots, got some beautiful views of the island. JJ recommended a spot for lunch that was over the incredibly blue water. Food was goooooood. Incredible views, with the gentle breeze from the ocean. We also went to the coffee and chocolate shop, and the chocolate there was out of this world!!! Seriously, can not wait to go back. We made it back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. If I could request JJ again when we come back I'll try to make it happen! He was so fun.

5.00We book this tour for our day in Roatan while on Carnival ship stop; Our tour guide was Jordan (JJ), We had nothing planned and just asked him to take us to his favorite most see and Im glad we let him take the wheel, our day was amazing, he was funny and so knowledgeable of the island and it's history; prices were absolutely reasonable and very affordable, easy instructions to find them right atthe exit of the port area. We definitely recommended them and would use them again when we return to Roatan.

3.00This was our second time using roatan adventure tours. The first time was absolutely amazing. This time, it seemed our driver was annoyed we were even there. We stopped in West Bay to do some shopping, we decided to stop for breakfast. The driver came up about 20 mins later and seemed annoyed he had to pay to park. We bought him breakfast which he seemed to appreciate, but was still kind of cold. We then went to a beach club for the rest of the day and offered him to order any water or food he wanted. He still seemed annoyed. It didn't ruin our day, but it would have been nice to have a friendly and happy interaction.

5.00A fantastic private tour at a very reasonable price, our guide Joel was fantastic. Very detailed instructions of how to find the guide once we arrived at the cruise terminal and very responsive company when we sent messages before our tour. Joel was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the island and its history and funny too cracking jokes making us all laugh. We told him the type of things we would like to see and he made recommendations of the best places and how to maximise our time on the island. He was a safe driver and told us stories while we drove to each attraction. He knew which places would be busy so took us to the quieter places to avoid the big crowds and got us there before the big coach loads arrived. I would highly recommend this private tour and ask for Joel you will not be disappointed.

5.00Our guide was Jordan. He was excellent in every way. He was a fountain of knowledge about the island and its history. He took our suggestions and constructed it into a wonderful day. We would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for an excellent personalized tour of Roatan.

5.00I can not say enough about this tour, we had a wonderful experience. Our guide Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the island, very friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Even if you just want to do the standard things like Gumbalimba Park and the beach, this tour allows you to take everything at your own pace and in comfort. We saw shops along our drive so Michael ensured we could stop on our way back to our ship. When we were inside the monkey/sloth area and it began raining, Michael came and found us to bring an umbrella. He really made us feel taken care of and we all had the best day. Thank you, Michael!!
