  Really disappointing experience. The food was already plated up before we even arrived and was sitting out for well over 30 minutes going cold and dry. Flies were landing on it which was honestly disgusting. The desserts were straight out of a carton, we watched them plate this up. Overall the food was some of the worst I’ve had. Everyone at our table left hungry. Definitely not worth the money.

  Amazing cruise. The shows wete fantastic, the staff was great and the food was fresh. Would recommend to anyone in Da Nang. Fabulous

  Great experience overall on the Poseidon cruise. The views of the Han River and Dragon Bridge show were beautiful, especially from the upper deck. Boarding was smooth, staff were friendly, and the welcome drink and fruit were a nice touch. The atmosphere on board was enjoyable and relaxing. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it felt a bit touristy at times and there was some crowding during the bridge show, but overall it was very good value and a memorable evening in Da Nang. Would recommend, especially for first-time visitors.

  It was as expected. A short cruise of the river including the fire breathing dragon bridge. Included drink and fruit plate on arrival was a nice touch. Boat not overly crowded, there was lots of room, which has been an issue that I have experienced on some other similar cruises.

  Food was good, and quantity was more than enough. It felt like it was all a bit rushed. But a good experience to do at least once.

  Right from the booking, the coordination was excellent. Someone reached out through WhatsApp and coordinated all fine points. The transfer from the hotel was smooth. The vegetarian food could have been better, but we really enjoyed the overall experience. The views were excellent. Got to see the dragon show up close.

  We had a romantic dinner, on the Poseidon it was beautiful, the food and service were excellent. We enjoyed the dancing show and then had a prime position to see the breathtaking dragon breath fire and water. Fantastic night highly recommend this. At the end of the night we were safety driven back to our resort.

  We had the liveliest best boat on the water. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

  Cancelled with no notification until we were dockside! Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend we went with another boat last minute and it went much closer to the bridge than this vessel.
